I am from WV and avidly play the crosswords and bingos! With the 3$ ticket The 30$ win is usually the biggest in the pack and not guaranteed in each pack but mainly prizes consist of 3,5,10,15 or nothing and they are usually 5-6 tickets apart. Now in reference to the 5 dollar bingo or crosswords you either win 5 or 20+ but the wins are 9-10 tickets apart
So basically to find out if it's a winner or a loser and to find out what you're winning is you have to take that one back into the store that you bought it from and I can only be done on their scanner
