This was an intra-force sabotage, period! The protection detail were not cordinated; some were laughing, and there seemed to be no one in command. IT IS AN INSIDE JOB. It is also good to appreciate Governor Zulum's love for his people.

The security personnels needs to organize their ( command and structure ) the security personnels were just running around, no worthy operational tactics..... No discipline whatsoever. Training is the key to any successful counter attack. They need to learn from the U.S.A army operational style.
