Met Jackie 3 times, a total gentleman, a brilliant representative for Kerry and a man of the people, very outspoken in Leinster House, his sons Michael & Danny continue his legacy as TD's for Kerry.. Jackie Healy-Rea your name will live on as will your legacy!
A great man, man of the people local and always in touch. A man who knew that life is not in Brussels, not in Dublin but just where we live in the country. A great man, can I say more.
A great man who will be remembered for his creativity and fun . There was never a dull moment with him . He could think clearly and spoke out from his warm heart . We will all live forevermore in one of two places whether to be with Jesus or without Jesus. The only reason anyone fails to be with Jesus forevermore is for not doing business directly with him and receiving our free gift of Paradise with Jesus Everyone who calls on the name of Jesus is forgiven and saved for Paradise with Jesus
I see already that there are some negative comments, kind of bad troll type comments. Do people just wait around for the opportunity just to post nasty comments? Well, I will not listen to those types. We should just use this great post of Jackie's mass to celebrate his life and remember him for all he did for south Kerry and how he voiced so often the needs of our county and our country. Pity there are not more like you Jacky. In the modern parlance I will give you a "high five".
I think wrapping the coffin in a tricolour and inviting two former FF Taoiseach's ,was a mistake it should have been a Munster or Kerry flag and Bertie at least could have been put outdoors ,but the family made the call

Great to see Bertie and Brian at the funeral, well done the Healy-Rae family.
A man of his people, and they showed it.

Beautiful Send Off . What is that Irish melody on the Accordian & the Trumpet ? Thanks.
RIP Jackie you were one of a kind
Found it thanks. Sharon Shannon - Blackbird .
The trumpet melody was a hymn titled, nearer my god to thee nearer are to thee.
Lovely to see the great Mick O'Connell
Bertie and Brian up the front why??
Cronyism of the highest calibre my friend. He helped them destroy the country, that's why theyre up front
+TurfGuy Cop on, good lad.
Two of the worst Taoiseachs in the history of the state
Budd Hudd spot on 👍 Bertie hadn't the decency to wear a shirt and tie, see the state of that fat fuck'n seal next to him

Fuck you.
That’s Arnold palmers hat
