@@TUTUMAH Risky. If we pay the high price for Davonte Adams and don't win the SB this year or next year, we're kinda cooked for at least a decade unless we get any lucky rookie pick ups. If we get Adams then yeah we have HUGE chance to win this year and next year, but if we don't win then it's kinda doomed.
Davante Adams addition would be a difference maker during the playoffs. If the Ravens really want to win now, now it’s the opportunity for EDC to go him. A defense can’t focus on Adams, Henry and Lamar all at once. Just make a couple restructures to fit him in.

Correction… EDC has been aggressive around the trade deadline for defensive players and always “just misses” on offensive weapons… I’d love for us to trade for Adams but I’ll believe it when I see it!

The ravens have a long history of grabbing veteran receivers and giving them a second life. Derrick Mason, Anquan Boldin, Steve Smith. But idk if that a good move. We are a run first football team. Would Davante be happy knowing he might only get 4-5 targets a game? Ravens aren’t going to change the formula to maximize him.
Skill set wise he’d be a great fit, but he’d have to be comfortable being a role player. If he can do that then yes giving up Bateman and maybe another piece might be worth it. But you can’t forget he’s 31.
Davante wants a ring. I promise you he ain’t going no where that’s not a true contender. Everyone is saying Jets but I think he knows and so do we all they aren’t winning a SB this year. They won’t send him within the division to the chiefs. I’m thinking Buffalo, Baltimore, or NFC

@@isaiahthemayor he has said he would like to play with Lamar and after we dismantled buffalo and the chiefs depleted roster at this very moment I think the favorite landing spot would be Baltimore if it’s AFC. A 3peat has never been done and the likely hood of this being the year is slim. Plus they are inner division with Las Vegas. If he thinks we are his best shot at a ring I don’t think he would hesitate to come just depends if the ravens front office is in a win now type of mood. I have two suggestions. Rashad Bateman and a 2nd rd draft pick or a 1st and a conditional 3rd

Man getting Adam’s would be great. Love our core now and want to keep as many as possible for this inevitable SB run this year. The Batemans, Agholor and Likely. Those guys are getting more shine as they deserve it and Andrews is such a stud for this team. Seeing all our boys with rings this year

Mark may be tempering himself as a power blocker, and when the defenses starts writing him off as a pass threat, and biding his time, he will add to the offense at key times. Mark is always ready and able, he will be back big time.
I seen Andrews throw some huge blocks. Let’s not get pass happy. Let the King do his thing! You see the opposite defense done by qtr 4. That pass ish makes teams comeback on us
While Davante's playmaking is what we all would love, his teachings to the other WRs would be priceless. I rarely hear a WR interview naming top guys that don't mention Adams. Imagine him being what Justin Houston was to Odafe. Bate and Flowers are already route technician type of WRs. The three of them should be almost unstoppable when needing separation on crucial downs. Fun thought. It def helps when Davante essentially said getting less than 1k yards playing on a SB aspiring Ravens team would be fine vs. getting 15k+ yards on a non-contending team. I will say that I am still hoping the O-line consistently progresses because without time to throw, none of this matters.

Mark Andrews proved his worth! It's early in the season. Lamar and him has been locked in for years. The run and screens worked this week. Maybe the run and tightend combo is next. Too many offensive variations available right now. We got Keaton Mitchell coming back also. The Ravens offense is stacked. I think Lamar needs to stop all the running he's doing. We don't need it this month. Save it for the playoffs

Going after Adams is not a smart move. It doesn’t change the offense and the pick and money are worth a whole lot more to us. I can see the chiefs trying hard to get him to really change their offense but for us, it won’t make a difference

Can we be honest with ourselves? This literally makes no sense for the Ravens. This isn’t madden. They don’t have the money. Ravens want to run the ball, and they already don’t use Bateman, Flowers, or Andrews, and that’s by design. The usage he’d get in our offense isn’t worth the money we’d pay him. We’re way better off using money on our offensive line so we don’t need 2 TEs and a FB to be able to run the ball effectively. Even after that, we need a pass rusher more than we do a WR. Fans just see something shiny and don’t think logically sometimes. $88 million cap hit over the next two years for a guy that’ll get 5-6 targets and 50 yards makes no sense. He can do better than that, it’s just not our offense.

Can't utilize what you don't trust to catch the ball. Defenses know it's going to Zay or Likely and the others are extremely inconsistent. Andrews is a shell of himself. That's why it makes perfect sense

Ravens fans talking about the playoffs are hilarious. Fun fact: in Lamar's first fsix seasons he's 2-4 in the playoffs. Over his first five seasons, Joe Flacco went 9-4 with three AFC Championship Game appearances and a Super Bowl win.

Adams is the last piece we need! All the Ravens fans that say we don't need him you haven't been watching us in the playoffs. We struggle playing from behind because our passing attack isnt good enough. We don't have a one on one contested catch guy. Our receivers still drop balls at crucial times. The ONLY concern with ADAMS is that he wants targets. We can't feed everybody. And give Henry a lot of touches. So as long as receivers dont get too frustrated and Adams is okay with having a couple touches here and there then it's perfect. Andrews or Likely, one of them will become kinda useless. We gotta let Mark go. Unless he's okay most blocking. He's already not getting targets like that anymore.
