I love this video. It was such a different and fun video. My favorite was the dad who stuck up fir his son.

Sewing machines need to be deep cleaned and adjusted when problems keep happening. I agree with her Mom. If it was an older all metal sewing machine, it was designed to last (if taken care of). The new mostly plastic sewing machines are not designed to last.
Today, more and more wedding receptions are alcohol free. I agree with you. She was rude, thoughtless, and ruined her own wedding.
No one wants to be taken for granted. The sister-in-law was rude, thoughtless, and just plain mean. There are people trying to earn a living doing this type of work. Why didn't she go to one of them?
What kind of moron uses someone's fabric scissors to cut pizza? That's what pizza cutters are made for.

I would personally not just throw it out and I’m a big fan of trying to repair & care for my sewing machine. However, I have no idea if it’s worth doing for this machine, and I also suspect her mum could’ve been equally upset with her just giving the machine away to someone else instead. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Also, you made a great point about that SIL should go to a professional! 🙌🏼
