Ukraine also refused to implement agreements it had itself signed; the Minsk 2 agreements, under pressure from Ukrainian neo-nazis ultra-nationalists and probably from the USA, dragging its country into the war.Angela Merkel and François Hollande recently confirmed that these agreements were not intended to be applied but to buy time to arm Ukraine, thus confirming state lies from the West 10/ the law of July 1, 2021 of the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) law on "natives" establishes different rights of Ukrainian citizens according to ethnic origins Whereas these remarks are all verifiable, it is up to everyone to judge whether or not Ukraine is a democratic state defending the "democratic" values of the West as it is systematically affirmed

If they were just 30kg & partially disintegrated, then how come there’s an air of secrecy around the plant? No photos from the site itself.
Damage Assessments in wartime are always kept secret. If the russkies are naive enough to use such a useless weapon it has more to do with putins showboating and scaremongering attitude than with reality. No need to educate them in realism.
Even if all of the penetrator mass arrives at ground level, and the energy it contains entirely converted to a form that can do damage, assuming an impact speed of just under 4km/s, the amount of energy available is less than 100Kg of TNT. This is a very expensive, and not very accurate, method of delivering energy to a target. It's not going to be any use against small buried/protected targets like hardened aircraft shelters. Oreshnik is a missile that delivers propaganda to scare people, and not much more. If Russia had produced a design more akin to a very accurate V2, a single heavy warhead with a CEP in the metre range, that could be a serious threat to critical targets, even if well hardened. Although the problem of guidance remains, as the comments about ablation show, the outer skin of the projectile is far too hot to allow any radar or optical seeker to survive, accuracy will only come if it slows down to a speed that allows such sensors to be deployed, but that then increases the chances of interception by existing missile defences.
