Their chemistry is the most wonderful thing ever written. I admire these two characters as individuals, but together, they are tremendous. Doesn't mater if she's not real. They are real feelings but they are on tv. So you get to know someone and really like them. It's hard to say good bye in 45 minutes. It's going to be weird without her. She's been there since the beginning.
