Hello Dr Nordmo, thank you for such a well done series on anxiety. I fortunately overcame panic attacks at a young age because I came across a newspaper article describing what I was experiencing. It was more than half the cure for me. I learned to stay calm and just “walk through” my panic attacks. They went away completely. I still experience normal bouts of anxiety and manage it well.
I was seeking a series to send to my father, but there is hardly anything good available. I looked at many, many RUclipss for over 2 hours! I was so fortunate to finally find you series! The first module is so helpful as it describes very clearly what people might be experiencing. Your voice quality is intelligent and soothing and the graphics are perfect visuals to make each and every point clear.
I have sent to my father, step mum and another friend. I too will watch every module.
More people need to see your series. Bless you for caring and making these available! With much gratitude.

To you reading this right now... you are beautiful. Everything will work itself out. Everyone here knows how you feel right now. This feeling sucks, but know that you will be be ok. This too shall pass...Don’t fight the anxiety, just allow it to work it’s way through. Embrace the moment as you become at peace with things. You are shedding this off as we speak. Feel it melt off yourself. See, there it goes......we love you . At peace... at peace.... at peace... at peace....🙏🏻🌼🍀☀️✨🌼🍀🌼🍀🐣🌼🍀☀️✨🙏🏻

Dr Nordmo, can you please make a series based on the life of an epileptic person and the disadvantages they have, their panic attacks and anxiety, depression, etc? And how to get self-help? I myself am epileptic and I am requesting this in regards to all people who are epileptic. Thank you.

My attacks are not attached to any thoughts i just feel like something is terribly wrong but i don't know what. I have lost track of how many times this has happened. The results are me freezing in place and shaking as if i was freezing to death.

Someone said that mitral valve prolapse can cause panic attacks. Is it true? I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse 10yrs ago. what should I do if i'm having panic attacks? Because i just observed that whenever i cant breath i thought its my heart disease which is the mitral valve prolapse but then i realize its because im having panic attacks and when i calm down, my breathing is normal again. Should i go to my cardiologist? Or psychiatrist? I wanna know if the reason of my panic attacks this past few days is my heart problem or what.
