Forged donation permits. Self-made donation tins. Good Samaritans. They thought they had the perfect recipe for making easy money. See how the officers from Sengkang Neighbourhood Police Centre caught up with the culprits and prevented a donation scam from taking place. The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth also advises the public on how they can avoid being victims of such scams.
Also interesting that all suspects confess... So the police never have to do detective work to find out

Yes, this charity is all fake! They did it for fun and I am sure they didn’t apply the means for the charity. So this is illegal plus people do need the license to collect funds for charity.
