The next day I still saw her and still asked me to donate but I just said no even though she showed me her company name and stuff(I forgot). She just walk away then few minutes later saw two police officers questioning them. There were 3 people(could be the teenager's boss). While the teenagers are being question, the another guy asked for donations infront of police!
The thing is, it is up to the donor the amount he/she wants to donate.. Nobody can afford to ask for 'minimum' $10. Do we normally see beggars ask for $10 in public areas?

There's limited and conflicting information about the charity on the website, and there has been no information about the percentage that goes to the charity and how the beneficiaries are assisted through donations.

You can also try to look out for the uniform service, or the school uniform (students), normally its not illegal donation... Next you can also try to ask them the donation amount, you can try to bargain with them by minimising ...
