That’s already ready to serve the adobo ng hito. Di na bake Basta pakuluon Lang ang ingredients sauce and afterwards put the sauce into catfish. I love hito aside from adobong ano pang puedeng luto sa hito

Version ko sa hito,first,soak ko muna a lttle while in hot water with vinegar to remove un madulas n remove un black skin n to remove un malansa,niluluto ko ito sa luya turmiric genger,galic papper corn, bayleaf,suka asin at little water,pakukuluan ko sandali,after that paghihiwalayin ko yun stock from the fish,then fry fish, after that buhis un stock n let in simmer hangan magsarsa,version ko yan 50 yrs ago

this was the comfort food of my uncle specially days after his dialysis... I still miss him so much and reminisce his voice giving me instructions for the errands I have to make for him
I still love and eat catfish .. but once in a while .. I think of where hito dwells .. a bottom feeder and no scales then I can't eat it .. but once it's fillet .. it's good !!!
Chef rv tanong ko po , pag sa reduction po ba ng niluluto mas umaalat yung luto o na dedevelop lang po lasa? Kasi minsan ok na timpla tapos pag medyo pinakuluan mo pa or para mabawasan yung sabaw parang umaalat din, ano po yon nawawala lng yung tubig pero nag stay yung lasa na nilagay? Hahaha araw araw kopong pina paunod kasi ang vid nyo po sa tv namin parang movie marathon na nga po hahaha sa maghapon nakaka adik po kau panoorin .. Sana masagot nyo po tanong ko kelangan po ba before reduction eh tantsa lng po ang lasa ?
