Hello doctor I had severe epididimo orchitis with fever and chils and swelling in scrotum epididymitis was very enlarged inbthe tail for 6 days i was stupid to not go imediat to emergency After 6 days i had treatement Now 7 months later i dont feel well mt testicule and its kind of numb 😢 U did ultrasound and it looks fine but i dont feel it right May i ask if there is recovery for this kind of cases? Thank you

Very nice presentation but 2 points: 1- why does the resolution of many videos in this channel is bad & doesn't reach even 360. 2- I think the narrator was concentrated(in some topics) on the clinical & statistical background of the testicular pathology rather than the U/S features itself..🌻
Hi doc.,why does the tail of epididymis feel like a smaller marble ,firm/hard..and smooth i can move it slight .is that normal.? I have done ultrasound and they found nothing focal mass lesion.. I was confuse why does the tail of my epididymis feels like a pea structure .?

Here is a question many men want to have answered, why do you not have male sonographers readily available for those of us who do not want to be exposed or touched by females. Women do not have to have men for mammograms or uterine ultrasounds. Please start respecting men and hire men for these demoralizing, embarrassing procedures. Also, stop having the receptionist come in to view us along with the female sonographer, allow our spouses if we want them. I was humiliated and felt as if I was raped by the 2 female assaulters. I will never allow this again. And, I know many men who refuse to go for medical treatment if they have to have any intimate care.
There are 15% of male sonographers. ..search for it...bcz women get more breast cancer than testicle cancer...it's 1:10 ratio...that's the reason we find female sonographers
@@billclark9702 he doesn't have a problem if he doesn't want to be seen by a female. It's attitude like yours, and many people in the medical world that keeps men from going to the doctor. Your attitude, doesn't help the medical world for other men.
@@mrjanaab3998 I don't care about the numbers. MANY men refuse to go to the doctor because they don't want to be in front of a woman. The medical industry is FAILING THEM.
I will answer you with my opinion. I have had 7 scrotal ultrasounds for a cyst on my right testicle. EACH by a woman. LUCKILY I never had a chaperone. My last one was a few days ago. My feeling is more WOMAN are hired, because woman will complain if they get a male sonographer. To keep woman happy, and keep money coming in, they hire more woman to please them. Men are expected to be seen by woman, and the belief is, that men won't complain. Men over history have been programmed in society to accept being seen nude. Google Nude male swimming in Public high schools in the United States. It's a real eye opener, and it really happened for 30 years. Men need to complain more, and walk out, when not offered a male when they want one. It's ALL ABOUT the patients comfort. Male modesty IS IMPORTANT. The medical field needs to stop ignoring it, and start addressing it in nursing and doctors training. Sonographer too. Males need to have available to them same gender chaperones too if they need tgem. The use of front end secretary's needs to stop too. I wish you well.

What's his problem, personally I prefer women for exams. My experience seem to me they are much more through (spelling).
