*_Feels SO good to be back!_* Thanks for watching today, guys! I cannot wait to see which one of *_you_* brings this RM250 home! You can find more information on the build here: www.mxrevival.com/mxrevival-bike-builds - I appreciate your support & all of the really cool "welcome back" comments. I didn't realize how much I missed all of this with you guys, until now 🙌
Charles! It's been a while, but I'm a fellow Suzuki enthusiast and we've spoken before. Great to see this project going so well. I'm looking to unload my '01 if you want another set of nearly new Dubya wheels, a spare Lectron carb, motor w/maybe 4 hrs, new radiators, new FMF pipe, and freshly lubed chassis. It needs only personalized suspension for someone new; seals, bearings, and internals are all fresh. Great to see you thriving, dude!
Other than leaving a comment on today's video, is there any other way of getting more chances to win that beautiful RM250? I know you said there would only be 350 entries so I wasn't sure.
Sick bike. I miss. riding so much. I. built ultimate YZ 250 2 stroke and had 20 grand into her. BUT I Broke my back and neck riding and had to slowly sell everything I owned to pay bills. But the last most important thing in my life other than my son I had to sell. My bike..all thr thousands of dollars was pretty much wasted when it came to selling my bike.. No body wanted all the sick pRts. Are they high I kept thinking. And my life ended that day I had to sell for $4700.00 . Everyday I watch videos and races and literally cry every single time. I named my son Deegan after Brian Deegan. His first word was dirtbike. Happiness filled my soul. It sucks I never got the chance to get him into that. I'm on disability and I would have to save for 10 years to afford bikes for the both of us..ive been so depressed over loosing my passion.. I wish i could tell you the story.. but this isnt my show.I would love to enter this if I'm allowed to enter in canada. Can you let me know please😊
Welcome back Charles....looks like you have a bit going on now. Silver spokes for me, plus the finish on the barrel looks absolutely top notch! Props to your sponsors...... Fast Blast & Coat: Fastway Pro Moto Billet: Bolt Motorcycle Hardware: ICW Radiators:
Thanks dude! Tons! It keeps me centered and unable to mess with less important things… All the Homies right there! And many more awesome Build Team members to show off as we go. Thanks for watching today!
Hey, thanks a ton! Yes, I think my head would fall off if I didn’t know where things were. Whatever you build, it doesn’t have to be extravagant or over the top. Just something that makes you feel good and proud about what you’re doing is all it takes. You can always add more from there. Thanks for watching!
I'm really excited to learn about Cryo Heat and their transmission treatment. Off the top of my head it sounds like their treatment is working on the atomic structure of the metal in the gears by super cooling them. Another great video!!!
My favorite part of all your builds is the unreal vapor blasting and all the coating/zinc plated hardware. It’s the little details that bring your amazing builds together. I’d love to be able to powdercoat something for you one day bro ❤💪
Hey Charles, Mikey here, the 2006 CR 250 guy which is unbelievable by the way😉. My favorite part was learning about the transmission and how the dogs get chipped from hard shifting or lack there of, very well explained, thank you!
You are family now, dude! We had so much fun building that engine for you. Just drooling on it knowing if it were hours, we would be so happy. So that is awesome feedback. We almost called you yesterday. I’m glad that explanation made sense! All of that stuff is off to Cryo just like yours, and ordered four or five new gears before that happens. Can’t wait to see what that feels like for myself. Please shoot me some photos via email of your bad ass CR if it’s convenient for you!
I would love to win this, this is incredible. I think my favorite part is learning how much work actually goes into vapor blasting the parts. This is a build above the rest
Nice! In 2013 I bought a used 2008 RM250. The bike looked immaculate. I bought in the middle of winter in Northern Utah. I test rode it in the dark up in Cache Valley Utah. It was at most 5-10 degrees F and the road I test rode on was snow covered with tire tracks down to the pavement. I bought it for $2400. Great deal right? It ended being a farm wheelie bike. Neglect had been one of it's "charms". I test rode it at an indoor arena-cross open practice. It ran really good since it was so cold and probably running vey lean. The rear suspension would not move and I about sent the bike into high seats when the bad crank seals let the engine rpms runaway in the whoops section. So off to the garage I went disassembling it for an overhaul. The linkage bearings were so corroded the bike sat at ride height without the shock in it. When I split the cases to inspect I found the transmission looked worse than yours on your video. I ended up replacing almost every single gear in the transmission. When it was all said and done I had a nearly new engine. I MX raced the bike for 5 years and won the 40+ Amateur Utah State MX Chmaps on it in 2015. I semi-retired it after I drank the orange kool-aid in 2017. I still have the bike and plan on doing a resto-mod to make it look like a 1990 RM250 which my favorite Suzuki paint and livery scheme of all time. Well it's on my first -world problem bike restoration list. My CR500 and 1983 CR60 are ahead of it in line 😅
Thanks for your feedback! I knew I didn’t want to die, but I didn’t have complete clarity on exactly what it was going to be either. I can’t imagine my life without it so I’m glad to be able to do both! Have fun vapor blasting, it never gets old does it?
This is going to be one outstanding RM250. The 06-08 years are favorite bikes of all time.... especially with the yellow frame! This is basically my dream bike but with some 1992 or 1996 graphics. The best thing about the video is definitely the black zinc coating on the hardware. I tried cold blue on my axels after cleaning them with Cameron's wheels and it looks awesome, it's just a pain to keep from getting surface rust. The black zinc coating is something I'd love to do when my wallet allows it. First I gotta save up to get an entry before they sell out and not tell the wifey. She'll be pissed since I've never won anything, but the losing streak has to end eventually lol. Outstanding job on the bike so far, I can't wait to see the end result....also, go with the wheels with silver spokes. The Austrian bikes can keep their black spokes haha.
Something I learned in this video is EXACTLY what color my buddy's RM125 frame needs to be for his current build, and what I'd paint my RM frame (if I had one!) My favorite part in this video (and in pretty much all your build videos) is the work you put into not just showing, but also explaining, in great detail the work that goes into your projects. Between this channel and MX Skill Shack, you and Tony have saved my arse on more than one occasion from making silly mistakes on my bike wrenching endeavors. I didn't realize I was forgetting the baby elephants inside my engine cases. The more ya know 🤷♂haha
Nice! It’s a pretty sweet color. That’s bad ass, thank you for being a part of both channels. Tony and I will have a new video up this coming Saturday on how to build wheels. The dirty little 125, so it will be start to finish tear down, codings, and reassembly with some pretty cool stuff. You just reminded me that we need to leave a baby elephant inside…. If we do end up putting a baby elephant in there, just know that was your doing this time! 😂
It’s funny to hear you talk about all the little hiccups with brakes, aftermarket rads, footpegs- brings back memories from when my dad and I built a few 04s back in like ‘15(a puddle and I clashed and I may have forgotten to put antifreeze back in rushing to get to a local fair) - it was still hard to find solutions for all those things back then as well. Your solution for the rads was beautiful, interested to see how they turn out. The footpegs match the engine nicely as well . With all the black hardware maybe chrome spokes would balance the colors- both gorgeous options though. The transmission getting done is going to be interesting too. Your attention to detail on this thing down to the zinc coated hardware is nuts and as fellow rm250 enthusiast I’m sad you won’t get to keep it honestly got to take it for a ride or two though for sure. Thanks for restoring these otherwise lost treasures!
It’s true man, even back then stuff was already sort of drying up. To my memory around 2015 was when two stroke Build started to get really popular. Everybody was really missing them by then. It hasn’t slowed down in my opinion. Thanks for watching the video so intently. I can tell you did by the way you touched on just about every subject we covered together I’m thinking that the winner of this bike might have mercy on me and let me take it for a hot lap 😍
I like the way you two stage blasted one part of the engine than you four stage blasted the other part. It really made the engine look great. I also think the stainless spokes look better than the black ones. Making every bolt and radiator hose black is nice too. This bike is gonna be sick.
Love to see that a company came out with new old stock air boxes man that would have come in handy when my brother built his 06 RM250. Man do we miss ripping that thing around!!
Can’t wait for the finished products on any of the builds, the attention to detail is next level. Respect to you and uncle tony!! Bummer i live on the other side of world and can’t enter haha
Thank you dude! We’re not currently doing any restrictions over at our other company (MX Skill Shack) for those giveaway bikes. The company is so small, we’re just gonna see what happens with the worldwide stuff… use it as a learning experience. We know there were going to be some roadblocks, but we figure that’s the best way to figure it out and work through it.
Dude I would use the black spoked wheels and the vaper blasting is all what does it for me and the rem coatings and coatings in general, gonna be sick as always!!!
You're back!! Hell Yeah!! Like I've said before the attention to detail is another level. Favorite part on this one is your layout of part's and hardware, organized and clean, maybe a little ocd but something I struggle with unfortunately 😆
I was so stoked when I was able to find that track! If you ever need music like this, it’s from that website Patreon. Five bucks a month and it just sort of emails me new songs here and there. Once in a while, I will get a nice little surprise in my inbox like that. Oh, we have to use those on RUclips so that we don’t get copyright infringement using commercial style music (like Killswitch Engage or something like that)
I have to say that my favorite part, besides the sick looking motor was "crusty shift" I lol'd man, straight up funny! That's going to be beautiful, another masterpiece. Thank you Charles and of course Uncle Tony and all the folks Dean's Fast Blast and Coat. All second to none work your bringing us. Can't wait til the next drop, looking forward for the regulars again! Braapp....
such a sick bike! bought my entry and shared this video with my dad as well hes a huge suzuki guy always has been so i think hes gonna buy an entry too! my favorite part of the build is all of it! love your attention to detail! definitely go with the black spoke wheels they look sick in my opinion!
Thanks a ton for being a part of this! Please thank you dad for me too, regardless of entry. Stoked to have you guys. Honestly, the black spoke option would look amazing as well! Maybe we will all revisit that when the bike is about to be a rolling chassis again. Give everyone a better idea of what we are working with.
Biggest takeaway- nothing is impossible. I think everyone in the moto community has some level of what they think of when it comes to making a bike "custom". It's unique in their own way. From basic graphics and a pipe to a complete frame up overhaul! This build is a great example of what's possible! And it's not only an MX Revival thing; anyone who puts a little time and effort can do the same thing. With a little know-how, grit and patience, anything is possible. So awesome what you guys are doing and hope this will inspire all riders to dig in and get dirty with their own bikes! Possibilities are endless and this is proof. Keep up the amazing work 👏 💪
Hey Moto-X Kid... I really enjoyed your comment & picked you as this video's winner for the $100 free entry to win the RM250. (not a joke or spam-bot, it's me -Charles) I agree with what you said immensely. I also try to let people know that anyone can do this, just as you said. Hopefully you live in North America so you'll be able to utilize your free entry! You can reach out to me here. Please copy & paste your RUclips comment into the text box the link below takes you to, so I know what's going on 💪 Great comment, great words, great encouragement to others. Well done! www.mxrevival.com/contact -Charles // mXrevival
Bro this was right on time which for sure makes my favorite part the upgraded braking system.. I have a 93 250 and my front brakes are bad and didn't know where I was going to go with it quite yet but this most definitely helped! Great build as always!
Hey Charles, stoked to see the RM250 build. Learned a little about the condition of transmissions, I will be inspecting mine much closer from now on. Would love to win this bike, back in, my race days, I rode RM's in NESC (New England circuit). Never did well loll, but had fun.
Probably #351, but dude your bikes are so sick. Big fan of MXRevival and MXSkillShack. The take-a-way for me was the cryoheat info. Cant wait to see the finished bike. Already looks awesome!
Thanks a ton for being a part of both channels. I really appreciate that, and I know Tony does too. Should have some stuff back from Cryo Heat for the YZ 125 really shortly! #351
Mxrevival in the house 📣!!! My favorite part is that you decided to give this bike away instead of building it for yourself. That shows the true character of yourself. I was thinking the silver spokes. Like you said , you already have a ton of black color going into the bike. Silver will offset it a bit. Glad to see ya back man. We are getting spoiled , two different channels now !! Let’s gooooo
OG Mikey! Hey man, what better bike to Build for someone else than the one I love the most? Thanks for the kind words. I was letting someone else know that we will probably revisit the wheel situation. Once the build is about to be a roller. Then we can get a better look at it and vote again maybe. Stoked to have you as a part of both channels and companies. Tony and I can’t thank you enough. We will see you on the MX channel next week with a video on wheel building and the official wheel set for the YZ 125!
Im just finishing up my almost fully OEM spec 1996 Rm125 build but this 06 Rm250 is going to look amazing your build videos help me learn what i need to do cant wait for this bike to be fully finished
Really glad! That 96 is going to be epic. They are getting hard to find parts for especially transmission gears. Have an ongoing 97 RM250, eventually I will finish it and bust it out on RUclips!
I had my transmission from my 03 RM 125 sent to cryoheat probably about 2 years ago and it is significantly smoother shifting and like you said it does free up some power. I also sent them my kickstart gear, kickstart idler gear, clutch basket gear, and the primary drive gear on the crank and definitely a worthwhile upgrade. It was my childhood bike that I restored and waited 6 months for transmission gears that I didn’t know if Suzuki was ever going to make a batch of them again. Hopefully with the treatment I’ll never have to worry about new ones, time will tell 🤞
I really like that yellow frame 🤩. Never got to ride one of the 06-08 RM250s my brothers had but I did ride and race a buddy 03 RM125 and that thing ripped with very few mods (fmf rev pipe, shorty silencer, and force reeds)
I learned that there is a a piece of foam on the back of the air boot, now that makes sense. Favorite part on this video was seeing all that zinc plating and wondering how it’s going to look on the bike! Surprised on how you held back on all the shaft jokes you could’ve made when you were talking about the transmission😂
Something about Tony and I working together on the other channel really brings out the dick jokes ha ha! Thanks for being a part of both. I learned the hard way on that little foam strip, realizing that my other RM250 fender had simply rubbed the other foam pad into oblivion I’m stoked on the zinc too. I think it’s my favorite part right now.
HELL YEAH! mXRevival is ALIVE and coupled MX Skill Shack… it’s a double whack-pack! So, Suzuki transmissions are apparently like margarine wheels on a stick… 😂 (my first bike was a 2-yr old ‘78 RM80… loved it!) Charles, OUTSTANDING video production! The lighting was PERFECT and image quality is EL PRIMO! 🤙🏼
Haha yes! Uncle Tony and I will have a fresh YZ 125 Build video dropping next Saturday! Thanks for being a part of both channels. It’ll be a “how to build wheels” video and it’s going to reveal the final wheel set for that awesome little six speed machine. Yes, margarine! 🧈 🤣 Man, it would be cool to have one of those 78 RM 80s again Thanks for the compliments on the lighting. Tony those lights just so we would have a little bit better visibility when we were working on things. They are literally just super, but I was telling him I thought they looked when I was editing. Gives us kind of a dark cinematic vibe in there. So we will keep them! Great feedback and thanks again for everything.
Can't wait to see how this turns out. Love the yellow frame with the black zinc boats Can't wait to see how that new meeting rod works also I have a 04RM125 I Redid a couple years ago about $10,000 in it🤦🏻♂️ it I need a 250 to my collection now LOL
id like to have the suspension most i think. i have an 05 i bought off the floor and never did any work to it. now fat and old 270/41, it will be a necessity. also like the wheels, mine both have flats pots, and the work on the radiator looks killer but money not being an issue id probably get something oversized cause ill mostly be woods riding not mx. hydraulic clutch would be a great add for this bike. your work is impressive to say the least.
I'm so in love with this bike. It already looks bad-ass sitting on the stand all naked. I'm glad you said the color code of powder coat. I want to powder my 2000 frame the same color. The grey just doesn't do it for me. Can't wait for the final product. 🤘
I didn’t know the 08 to 17 Rmz number plate was a direct bolt on. I can’t wait to see the cryogenic treatment on the transmission. I have a couple of 80’s quads that I’m terrified of them losing a transmission one day. Maybe a heat treat will buy them some more time.
Can’t wait to show off the finished product for you guys. Would certainly not mind having an 04 125! Here’s a link, thanks for asking and thanks for watching 🙌 www.mxrevival.com/mxrevival-bike-builds
What a bike would have looked like when i rode it back in time to claim its place as the bike of the future. Would be honored to ride her and proud to display her. Bitchen man. All of it. Thanks for shareing with us.
Hey dawg I got a mint 2001 rm125 that I've been ripping for years love the bikes but sadly it's hard to find some parts including trick upgrades sick to see these old rm's given a new life 🤘🍻
Absolutely 💯 incredible 👏 there is a major spot in my heart ❤ for RM 250S as I raced them from 1997 ( the MC Era) to 2002 buying a new one each year and loved all of them especially the 2000 model , imo black rims / spokes with those beautiful hubs is the build I see in my mind but as all of your builds Charles we are never disappointed and as a side note after 2002 I raced kx500s in 03 04 and have been on ktms and huskys since and now on my 1st Beta- braaaaap to MXrevival and say hey to uncle Tony for us 🏁
Awwwe it's a 2022 give away my bad. I thought this was now. Hopefully it happens again soon. You kill it everytime I watch I see myself if I won So good job bro
Got your emails! I will reply soon. Filming for the other channel today. MX skill shack. Thanks for finding a little typo in the official rules. Everything is corrected and this giveaway is absolutely current. Actually, if you go to the bike on the website, you will see that you are most likely allowed to enter per your location. It’s the first paragraph when you click on the Suzuki. 💪🇨🇦
My Man Charles just leveling up all over my phone 💦 I think it's Great that you didn't miss the opportunity to keep MX Revival and it's viewers alive while of course building MX Skill Shack. My favorite part of this video is how easily you explain things, it's like talking to an old trusted friend. On the bench tour I love the Hygge pipe it makes me think of those 80's works bikes. Anyway I know how you love your zooks and giving up your personal build for us is just Amazing...Thanks Brother 😁👍🤘💨💨
Morning Dave! Thanks for the awesome comment, I really appreciate it and its endearing nature. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do for a little while. Just knew I needed to get the new thing up and running with Tony. We’ve been working our butts off. Can’t imagine abandoning years of hard work and self expression. And glad that everything I’ve learned so far can be transferred into the new company and coupled with the amazing things Tony knows. Every time someone would ask what I was going to do with MXR, there was an undertone of sadness in their voice, and I could feel it In my heart too. I’m really excited for what’s coming with both companies. I need to have my hands moving at all times so it’s perfect for me. I have the bandwidth for it.
Really? Happy to help with that. Please reach out and I can price everything out for you. We just ordered several new gears for this particular giveaway and having no issues getting what we need right now. Including primary and secondary shafts. www.mxrevival.com/contact Thanks for watching! -Charles // mXrevival
i had a dream that i wrote down and spoke out loud every day, i saved and saved every extra penny i made for 5 years to trick out a VW Bug. i know it's not a dirtbike but the principle of manifesting your future is the same. love watching these types of videos, especially if it's the person first time hearing their dream start up. the smile from ear to ear and the lil boy or girl giggles come out. thanks for sharing. be safe, BUT HAVE FUN..!
That powder coating (Suzuki Yellow 2) is baaaaddd ass. Combined with the black it's going to pop. Head turner guaranteed. Also gotta say the price for some of these refresh/rebuilds are insane. But I love to see it.
Man, it can get out of hand! That’s another reason why I love doing these. Able to make something really awesome and expensive with all of the amazing connections, that you would not want to have to duplicate out-of-pocket. I pumped that somebody’s going to win this thing for next to nothing (in comparison) Thanks for watching!
The details are top notch, But it seems weird to swap years on parts like brakes. Cryodizing The cold treatment to harden parts, was once used on clutch friction plates... If I remember right 👍🏾
Thanks dude! Thankfully, all the parts swapping offer truly superior upgrades and performance & simply bolt right on. Otherwise, there would be no point right? That’s cool! I believe it. Josh at Cryo says they can treat just about anything aluminum or steel.
Charles, what is up? I got inspires by you talking about upgrading brakes. As you know, I built an 88 YZ250 and even though it has disc brakes, they won't provide the woods of modern bikes...gotta do some checking!!!
I do remember! If you are unable to find a bigger rotor kit (for example, from a newer machine that uses the same bolt pattern) as it is probably unlikely at that age- you can focus your efforts on adding a steel braided brake line and some brake pads. Spend a little money on them. It will go along way. Tires should not be overlooked. MX34 🙌
@@mxrevival I was jazzed when I found out that Galfer had steel braided lines, I now have those front and back. I think I am going to take my calipers to MX Rewind this weekend and see if I can find a newer machine that I can check some measurements. When you have skills like mine(or should I say, absence of them)good brakes are pretty important! LOL! Another awesome video, my friend!
Use PC’s jetting chart as a base. Be mindful of sea-level & 50/50 mix provisions It worked well at 2500 for me too. Slightly fat/ rich. www.procircuit.com/support.htm Hope you win this thing!! 🤞 -Charles // mXrevival
Now you’ll be able to catch us every weekend either on this channel, or the MX Skill Shack channel! There’s still time to win some cool tools Tony and I showed off on the other channel, before we pick a winner this week too 💪 new video Saturday- how to build wheels at MXSS
I'm workin on my old 2007 rmz 250. I can only use ur bike for inspiration because of my skills an lack of funds (daughter in college priority 1). Top end, plastics (color change), seat cover, tires, wear items, done. And wheel choice is silver spokes.
✅ thanks for the vote! You can do it, man, just ripped that thing apart, and you’d be surprised what you can do with a little elbow grease versus spending a ton of money. Whatever makes you proud while you’re riding her is the right answer. Thanks for watching!
Usually about one month after a bike is complete. As I’m doing this giveaway a little bit different, with only a certain amount of entry slots, that may be altered somewhat. Mostly because I believe the entry slots will be gone before the bike is complete in this case. I will absolutely be sending an emailer out which everyone who is entered for the bike or subscribed to the website will receive. All the details, links, etc. to watch. Usually a live stream, can’t see doing it any other way. Thanks for asking and for watching 🫵
Chuck! My boy, bad ass as always. Pretty sweet build and your right tickets will go fast on this bitch! It was cool to learn about that Cryo treatment for the trans. Freeing up power that’s lost through parasitic loss is huge! With an engine that makes 45-50 horse at the crank loosing somewhere around 20% due to parasitic leaves you with 35-40 at the wheel. Hell if you even get 5% of that back is monster when it comes to pure wheel numbers. Now being able to make that newly added power trackable is the next step.😉 hope all is well bro with you and Tony. Ttyl
Hi dude! Thanks for your interest! This particular build is North America only, but I still have something for you… Our other company and channel www.mxskillshack.com/category/all-products features additional giveaway builds that we are going to take a crack at worldwide (CR/ RM/ YZ current builds) There will be a bit of a learning curve, and we know some winners may not be able to afford transport to their destination… but we’re going to give it a try. That said, I’d love to see you over there too! Thanks for watching! -Charles // mXrevival
Been watching your videos and realized I wasn’t even subscribed smh. Anyways I have a 05 CRF250R I’m fully revamping, it’s gonna have the 06 subframe and dual exhaust
Hey, thanks for jumping on board! Would also love to have you at MX skill shack too! that’s going to be a sweet build. Email me anytime if you need anything. Can help from the wheels all up, including the dual exhaust! Thanks for watching 👍
@@mxrevival I’ve been looking for the subframes online, I think I’m going to go with a 07 subframe if I can get ahold of one for a decent price and sand blast it and have it powder coated
Haha! I haven’t heard somebody say that in years. We’d be able to build three pretty insane dirt bikes with that kind of money! 2, if we went super psycho.
@@mxrevival we’ve talked before,I have your number,& out of Respect,you asked me Not to Call or Text you,but we’re probably gonna have to ,so I’ll follow Your Lead,as I said,Road Trip,plus I wanna meet you & Tony🤑🤘
My favorite part of the video was when you mentioned your fat ass. Dog jokes aside, it's when you showed Dan's bike at the beginning. I can only imagine how stoked he was to see it and where it's at. That's why I hope to win that free entry in the greater hope that maybe I win the biker building so that I know what that feels like. Great to see a new video and I can't wait for the next one. Nothing but love!
🤣 200 pounds of flesh! I cannot wait to see Dan’s face. Or his bike published. Or, the final reveal edit! Thank you for watching today, I really really appreciate it!
I didn't realize how much I missed all of this with you guys, until now 🙌

look's great the diffrent color's engine looks so nice in the frame
Yes, of course! Here you go: www.mxrevival.com/mxrevival-bike-builds (thanks for watching!)
So many killer projects! But, just so you know, some of us would feel bad at taking what was meant to be YOUR dream bike… But we still will lol.

You should, it’s not that expensive! Have a little fun and bond with your bike as you take it apart and put it back together
Hello, I learned that I absolutely have to build my workshop.
I actually find everything you do extremely exciting and educational.
Thank you!
The murdered out zinc everywhere is a level of detail, and customization most overlook. Sick music, and sick looking yellow frame!
I promise to make sure it is over-the-top from start to finish for you guys! Awesome comment, thanks for watching. I really appreciate it.
Charles just seeing you back is my best part and not forgetting the smutty humour 😮
Hey, thank you dude! I kept it pretty PG today 😂
Either or rims I think are sick! This bike is gonna be so sick! 🔥
My favorite part of the video is that you are back charles I've been waiting!!!
Very rad, my friend, thank you tons!
Glad MxRevival didn’t dissolve into MXSkills shack, thanks for the videos from both. Love the 4 step vapor blast, I gotta step up my game
Really liking that way the vapor blasted parts came out.
Glad to hear it! Loving it too. Thanks for watching!
Something I learned in this video is EXACTLY what color my buddy's RM125 frame needs to be for his current build, and what I'd paint my RM frame (if I had one!)
My favorite part in this video (and in pretty much all your build videos) is the work you put into not just showing, but also explaining, in great detail the work that goes into your projects.
I can tell you did by the way you touched on just about every subject we covered together
I’m thinking that the winner of this bike might have mercy on me and let me take it for a hot lap 😍
I like the way you two stage blasted one part of the engine than you four stage blasted the other part. It really made the engine look great. I also think the stainless spokes look better than the black ones. Making every bolt and radiator hose black is nice too. This bike is gonna be sick.
Thank you, dude! We are speaking the same language! Really glad you liked it. So many ways to do it.
Yes You’re BACK, been checking non stop for the Next build, Favorite part has to be Yellow Rims, TEAM YELLOW Love it,
Thank you, dude! It feels really good. Honestly, just what I needed to correct course.
Love to see that a company came out with new old stock air boxes man that would have come in handy when my brother built his 06 RM250. Man do we miss ripping that thing around!!
Actually OEM! So great! THanks for watching!!
I always loved the way a RM sounded.
Nothing better 😍
Can’t wait for the finished products on any of the builds, the attention to detail is next level. Respect to you and uncle tony!! Bummer i live on the other side of world and can’t enter haha
Thank you dude! We’re not currently doing any restrictions over at our other company (MX Skill Shack) for those giveaway bikes. The company is so small, we’re just gonna see what happens with the worldwide stuff… use it as a learning experience. We know there were going to be some roadblocks, but we figure that’s the best way to figure it out and work through it.
The level of detail no expenses spared. That’s awesome.
Must be as close to perfect as possible for you 🙌
Factory Suzuki Yellow Rims all day n night ! 💯
You know what’s up! 🔥 that’s honestly what was about to go down except, I didn’t want to buy a third set of wheels 🤣
Dude I would use the black spoked wheels and the vaper blasting is all what does it for me and the rem coatings and coatings in general, gonna be sick as always!!!
It’s a tough call! Can’t go wrong with either set. Thanks for watching, really glad you love what’s going on so far.
You're back!! Hell Yeah!! Like I've said before the attention to detail is another level. Favorite part on this one is your layout of part's and hardware, organized and clean, maybe a little ocd but something I struggle with unfortunately 😆
I love the yellow frame. Black wheel with black spokes and gold is gonna be sick on my bike I'm winning. Thank you in advance i already love the bike
That’s how you reel it in! You’re welcome 😉
That intro music definitely got me head banging. Had to listen to it a few times lol.
I was so stoked when I was able to find that track! If you ever need music like this, it’s from that website Patreon. Five bucks a month and it just sort of emails me new songs here and there. Once in a while, I will get a nice little surprise in my inbox like that.
Oh, we have to use those on RUclips so that we don’t get copyright infringement using commercial style music (like Killswitch Engage or something like that)
My favourite part of the video is when you said you were giving away a dirt bike, pick me plz i really want it😢
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Holy crap... Been wanting to dump the thumper and get back into a stroker.
Just purchased my ticket...fingers crossed.
Appreciate you greatly!! 🙏🤞
Braapp....
You know I love everything about this bike Charles...YOU KNOW!
👀 #Suzuki Thanks dude!
such a sick bike! bought my entry and shared this video with my dad as well hes a huge suzuki guy always has been so i think hes gonna buy an entry too! my favorite part of the build is all of it! love your attention to detail! definitely go with the black spoke wheels they look sick in my opinion!
(not a joke or spam-bot, it's me -Charles)
I agree with what you said immensely. I also try to let people know that anyone can do this, just as you said.
Hopefully you live in North America so you'll be able to utilize your free entry! You can reach out to me here. Please copy & paste your RUclips comment into the text box the link below takes you to, so I know what's going on 💪
Great comment, great words, great encouragement to others. Well done!

Bro this was right on time which for sure makes my favorite part the upgraded braking system.. I have a 93 250 and my front brakes are bad and didn't know where I was going to go with it quite yet but this most definitely helped! Great build as always!
Oh hell yeah!
Hey Charles, stoked to see the RM250 build. Learned a little about the condition of transmissions, I will be inspecting mine much closer from now on. Would love to win this bike, back in, my race days, I rode RM's in NESC (New England circuit). Never did well loll, but had fun.
Really glad to have some useful information available! That is so awesome, I bet you remember the sound and smell
@mxrevival oh yes sir lol, still love the race premix smell
@@mxrevival this rm125 has been sitting in this guys shed for 15 years i pulled the engine gears are perfect
RC4 bike is gorgeous
Getting down to the wire on that bad boy. Thanks for watching!
So awesome!
Thanks for all your hard work, it truly is inspiring to see your creations come to life
Thank you T!
Digging that zinc hardware, buddy😘👏👏✌️
Thanks Homie! It looks so good in person.
I really like that yellow frame 🤩. Never got to ride one of the 06-08 RM250s my brothers had but I did ride and race a buddy 03 RM125 and that thing ripped with very few mods (fmf rev pipe, shorty silencer, and force reeds)
They could bring them back right now with no changes and still sell out!
I learned the hard way on that little foam strip, realizing that my other RM250 fender had simply rubbed the other foam pad into oblivion
I’m stoked on the zinc too. I think it’s my favorite part right now.
A yellow TMD chain slider brake caliper guard brake rear disc guard will look awesome on that bike on both of mine
👀🔥🔥
So Sick! cant wait till its done.
HELL YEAH! mXRevival is ALIVE and coupled MX Skill Shack… it’s a double whack-pack! So, Suzuki transmissions are apparently like margarine wheels on a stick… 😂
(my first bike was a 2-yr old ‘78 RM80… loved it!)
Charles, OUTSTANDING video production!
Man, it would be cool to have one of those 78 RM 80s again
Thanks for the compliments on the lighting. Tony those lights just so we would have a little bit better visibility when we were working on things. They are literally just super, but I was telling him I thought they looked when I was editing. Gives us kind of a dark cinematic vibe in there. So we will keep them!
Great feedback and thanks again for everything.
Coating the forks the same as the new rmz fork would be awesome
I am a massive fan of the gold as well!
Can't wait to see how this turns out. Love the yellow frame with the black zinc boats Can't wait to see how that new meeting rod works also I have a 04RM125 I Redid a couple years ago about $10,000 in it🤦🏻♂️ it I need a 250 to my collection now LOL
Are you putting those gold olens shocks
What is that powder coat yellow code love it
Off to a killer start!
Thanks for helping with the finishing touches!
id like to have the suspension most i think. i have an 05 i bought off the floor and never did any work to it. now fat and old 270/41, it will be a necessity. also like the wheels, mine both have flats pots, and the work on the radiator looks killer but money not being an issue id probably get something oversized cause ill mostly be woods riding not mx. hydraulic clutch would be a great add for this bike. your work is impressive to say the least.
Thank you Charles! You are truly inspiring and your passion for what you do is also so inspiring! 🤩
Keep up the good work and keep inspiring! 😊
Really appreciate your kind words!
I'm so in love with this bike. It already looks bad-ass sitting on the stand all naked. I'm glad you said the color code of powder coat. I want to powder my 2000 frame the same color. The grey just doesn't do it for me. Can't wait for the final product. 🤘
Glad you found the information useful! If you hop on prismatic powders, you can order a bunch of little powder coated metal samples for free!
What kind of stand are you using? I need one!
Saw you at skyline on a new rmz! Those yellow rims looked beautiful on it!
I think we’re camping there tonight, riding tomorrow. Thanks dude! Can’t get enough of that Suzuki 😍
Wow that bike is going to be amazing. Love the older RM's. Had an 04 RM 125 myself back in the day. How do you enter to win it?
Can’t wait to show off the finished product for you guys. Would certainly not mind having an 04 125!
Here’s a link, thanks for asking and thanks for watching 🙌 www.mxrevival.com/mxrevival-bike-builds
What a bike would have looked like when i rode it back in time to claim its place as the bike of the future. Would be honored to ride her and proud to display her. Bitchen man. All of it. Thanks for shareing with us.
Love your comment, and kind words. Thank you brotha 💪⚡️
You kill it everytime I watch I see myself if I won
So good job bro
Got your emails! I will reply soon. Filming for the other channel today. MX skill shack. Thanks for finding a little typo in the official rules. Everything is corrected and this giveaway is absolutely current. Actually, if you go to the bike on the website, you will see that you are most likely allowed to enter per your location. It’s the first paragraph when you click on the Suzuki. 💪🇨🇦
The black spokes are pimp!!!
Def heavy artillery! 😍
Im building a 08 RM250 and need a rear shock. do you know of any other shocks that will work on my bike?
C’est incroyable, j’espère gagner 🔥
I have the bandwidth for it.
where can I buy a complete gearbox for this model? you can't find anything in Italy
Really? Happy to help with that. Please reach out and I can price everything out for you.
We just ordered several new gears for this particular giveaway and having no issues getting what we need right now. Including primary and secondary shafts.

We are dying breed!
Nice to see a new video. Great channel!
i had a dream that i wrote down and spoke out loud every day, i saved and saved every extra penny i made for 5 years to trick out a VW Bug. i know it's not a dirtbike but the principle of manifesting your future is the same. love watching these types of videos, especially if it's the person first time hearing their dream start up. the smile from ear to ear and the lil boy or girl giggles come out. thanks for sharing. be safe, BUT HAVE FUN..!
Maybe spring binding have a 2005 and 2006 Rm 250
Good to see you back on RUclips.Bro bikes are so freaking, awesome Like always good to see you're still Knocking out them killer 2 smokers🤘🏼✊🏼🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Nick! I hope you & your family are doing great!
I pumped that somebody’s going to win this thing for next to nothing (in comparison)
Thanks for watching!
Damn, spell check...it should be wooo, not woods! LOL!
Any idea what it was jetted at?
Use PC’s jetting chart as a base. Be mindful of sea-level & 50/50 mix provisions
It worked well at 2500 for me too. Slightly fat/ rich.

I thought I was dreaming but my son came outside on the porch and yelled that I was drooling all over my phone!👍🏻🏁
No games! It’s all we do 😍 Hope you win 🤞
Me too man, times are tough for the family so buying even a used bike is out of the question right now!
Let's gooo!!!
🙌🙌
It’s been a long time since we saw you, Uncle Tony, and maxima assembly lube.
Silver spokes with wave rotors
You’re gunna like this Saturday’s new video 😍
Do you have an estimate on when you'll be selecting a winner?
Usually about one month after a bike is complete. As I’m doing this giveaway a little bit different, with only a certain amount of entry slots, that may be altered somewhat. Mostly because I believe the entry slots will be gone before the bike is complete in this case.
I will absolutely be sending an emailer out which everyone who is entered for the bike or subscribed to the website will receive. All the details, links, etc. to watch. Usually a live stream, can’t see doing it any other way. Thanks for asking and for watching 🫵
What did I learn??? I learned I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha EPIC!!! 😍🙌
We missed you too
Lukey!
I have a 2006 rm that has permanent spot in the garage. Sucks that parts are drying up for them.
Definitely bittersweet parting ways with this gem!
Is that your rm you're giving away ?
Correct! But not before a ground up Revival 😍🙌
Ttyl
I’m still waiting for you to finish the 89 RM 250 🤔
Already decided it will be a giveaway bike too. With a matching 125… 🤫
Hey man, lovely build so far! If i enter, and let’s say i win (optimistic mfer here😂) Do you guys ship it in a crate to the Netherlands? Cheers mate!
Hi dude! Thanks for your interest! This particular build is North America only, but I still have something for you…
Our other company and channel www.mxskillshack.com/category/all-products
features additional giveaway builds that we are going to take a crack at worldwide
(CR/ RM/ YZ current builds)
There will be a bit of a learning curve, and we know some winners may not be able to afford transport to their destination… but we’re going to give it a try.
That said, I’d love to see you over there too!

@@mxrevival thanks bro, i’ll check it out! Keep up the good work, love your builds🤙🏻
Jumpin jehosafat dawg…I swear if I won the lottery I’d hand you a check for like 100k and say “build a sick rm for me”😂
Haha! I haven’t heard somebody say that in years. We’d be able to build three pretty insane dirt bikes with that kind of money! 2, if we went super psycho.
Yer doin my 125 Bro…I’ll let you know when I’m bringing it up…I need your Address…thanks🤘🔥
Happy to do it! We also hooked up with an amazing shipper who will move bikes around the entire country for us, if that becomes more convenient. 🙌
@@mxrevival thanks but I wanna bring it to you…I have a friend that lives up there & I’m gonna go visit him…Road Trip 🤘⚡️🔥
