The gentleman, and I use that term loosely, is my ex-brother-in-law who is fully able to walk and talk. He refuses to work even though he is capable of it and panhandles using my dead sister's wheel chair and the sign language he picked up working for the carnival.
Forgot to mention he has a place to live.

It still breaks my heart to see so many disabled people, house-less - especially those like the last gentleman, who clearly have a special way to communicate. Their world is already so limiting. Thank you for reaching out to EVERYONE, not just those with whom full engagement is possible. I know your love and kindness will have brightened his day.
And you got the government giving billions of dollars of our money away to other countries... In America there should be no such thing as homelessness... NO ONE should be on the streets...

The politics of the situation need to be addressed, yes, but in the meantime it's people like Michael who show humanity and compassion to those otherwise overlooked or worse still, looked down upon, by people with the power to make changes. You're the only one I have seen on RUclips who really keeps helping homeless people without using them for personal benefits cause some youtubers use homeless people to get millions of views to be more famous on RUclips and get more subscribers to their channels ,and by getting more subscribers and views they get more sponsors, so they do it for fame and money. They sometimes use a very cheap way and make a propaganda to themselves while they help them. You just do it gently cause you wanna help those who really need help, so you are different and what you're doing is absolutely great!

Yes, it's why I love this channel so much. A lot of channels out there that do things like help the homeless also do video after video of stupid prank videos. So when I came across Michael's channel it was a breath of fresh air.
The genuine gratitude from that first guy was audible. When he saw those little boxes of cereal, "oh my God". He was so grateful for such a small thing. Getting those reactions must keep you charged to keep doing what you do, Michael. Thank you for helping these folks, most likely saving lives. God bless.💛

I think it was a bit of nostalgia from his childhood which is why he was really excited. I got the same feeling when I saw those variety packs of cereal. I used to always love it when my mom would buy that stuff when I was a kid.
One thing about this man is that he really puts effort in doing kindness to people..when do you see somebody going down & into the TUNNELS just to find people who needs help??? He is the one single person who does that !!! And that makes him one in a million...God ought to make him a billionaire so that he'll make the world a lot more better place to live!!!

We had an encampment here in Victoria BC Canada where they were evicting them. So many came together with rental trucks, personal trucks,and cars to help. It was so amazing.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

It blesses my heart so much watching you show the love of Jesus to the homeless. I have been in both positions. I have had abundance & shared and I've been without on the streets.. God has always blessed me no matter my circumstances. I'm disabled & have a mobility scooter. Manual wheelchairs are harder to carry all that you gave him. He needs his hands to wheel himself. Hanging the bags on the back helps him to be able to function & take suppliies with him. God bless you Mike..

Not sure how he does it, but I have seen him at every corner of town. This was the first time I have stopped, as the traffic situations were not safe. Thanks for watching ... Also, You're amazing💜❤️️

At 3:50 when the man gets so excited for the cereal and says he used to love it when he was a kid just kills me 😢
I now find myself watching every upload and in continuously moves me how much you do to help others in need. Not only do we take material things for granted but we also have lost a lot of our humanity. Some people will give food or money but you always seem to go above and beyond. From taking request for books to solar chargers you always seem to be willing to help anyway you can. Something as simple as signing to that man can make mean the world to him. And the more I watch the more I see how excited you get at help. To me though the biggest thing is you’re humanity; not only do you do what you can to help but you will take extra time to validate them as people like everyone else and not less then. The way you remember their names, call them you’re friends or in this case offer an embrace in the form of a hug. The world truly needs more people that think like you do; God bless and continue to stay safe while out there making the world a better place. ❤️

I Luved this one! I really luv hearing them speak about there life's moving and the guy being so thankful for socks! The person in the wheel chair you prob made his whole month! I live on a very small island and we are very lucky to only have one or two homeless people and because they have alcohol abuse no one really speaks to them but you made me really want go give them some food
