Michael, I think I told you before, I worked for the Probation service over here. Consequently, I had a lot of dealings with homeless. I really felt your pain, trying to get through to the guy that the pills are killing him. I don't know how many similar conversations I had with our clients. Keep trying hun, if you save one person, it will be worth it xx

Robert is demanding, ungrateful, and nasty. Yet you treat him just as gracefully as you do with any of these folks. That's the true spirit of giving.
No matter what their problems are they still deserve to be treated like human beings. As long as you keep thinking their demeanor comes from their problems, you will have compassion for these people.

Michael... You are the best! Sadly in the case of Robert, it was obvious from the start that he has obviously given up complete hope on most anything & everything. I would imagine within hours after you tried to help him, everything you gave him was either stolen or sold for bad drugs. As you said, he will more than likely die on the streets, but at least you tried to help him & bless your heart for that my brother.
Maybe he thinks death would be a relief from life... being homeless

Michael, as always, I applaud your generosity and patience. I have done volunteer work for Domestic Violence organizations and have experienced similar scenarios like this one. There are times I have to excuse myself and walk away for a couple of minutes. Doing that keeps me from saying something I will regret. My best friend has a buddy who's mother has been homeless for many years. She has tried to get her hooked up with organizations and shelters yet, she refuses the help. If I help one person a day, week or month for everyone that turns me down...it is worth the effort. God Bless you Michael! ❤ PRAYERS for you and all those folks who need assistance!👍✌🙏🙏

You know Robert will just sell the tent or return it for cash if he can. As you well know, you can’t help someone that doesn’t want help.
We help them and than they request everything. Michael has a good heart and by his Videos, Scott is my favorite. Always a happy man.

I've heard people say don't give to the pan handlers it only enables them, those people have obviously never been homeless...It's a deep hole that is hard to climb out of, a little compassion can go a long way.
I agree, it becomes situational and based on the individual.
if they arent drug addict and neither mentally ill, then why not giving them money and an appartment, would be good to do.

Again, God's angel on earth helping so many lost souls. You wanted so bad to get Robert help, but he just refuses it. Yes, you are right, if he doesn't get help, you will find him gone one day.
