My abusive childhood past tries to creep up and beat me down pretty often, so I play your songs and sing and scream along and I feel so much better. I’m married to a narcissist and when he’s really getting on me with his bullshit, I get in my car, drive off and turn the music up blasting Fireflight as loud as it can go while I scream it all out. This is therapy. Keep spreading the Gospel of Love guys, you’re doing great!!

I didn't like Innova but I fully support Fireflight for that choice to release that album. You can only release the same style album before it becomes stagnant from a creative standpoint. It's nice to hear some metal again from them though ;)
