Season 2 was epic as fuck. I love how they do mostly all their own stunts. The production was brilliant. Can’t wait for the prequel series and then season 3.
yes, I agree so far. I was irritated how they changed Ciri. She was supposed to be a young girl of 13-14 years. So how she was in season 1, natural and pure. In season 2 she suddenly had dark eyebrows, not her blond ones, obviously make up, lipstick, angelhair or a wig. That seemed to me not true and realistic ( not regarding her description in the books.) She looked now like she was much older.
@@verenamenzel4701 why do you people nit pick the smallest shit. It’s BASED off of the books the show is NOT a direct mirror to the books. Stop whining.
@@verenamenzel4701 I do agree the makeup didn't help with her appearance because it did age her up. But the main reason why she appeared so much older is quite simply nature. When they cast her for season 1 she was a teenager and perfect in appearance for the part. Then the pandemic happened as did her own growth, with the end result that when they're shooting season 2, she's 20-21. They chose between recasting (and production delays probably meaning that the second actress also ages up too fast) and keeping an actress who knew the role already. I personally like that they kept Freya Allan. But I do wish they had done makeup to make her look younger rather than more mature.
