I’m not sure if they will, based on the current status of parts availability most likely this will be a promotional rig. Or it’s because due to unique platform they may not want their parts out yet to be copied, hard to say.
@@stuwest3653 I feel as if this is true if we apply previous snap on models in this case. They will probably produce this car but if course in it’s own livery and perhaps that will drop the model price? The promotional offering is hard to go off of since it’s a brand new platform unlike the previous slash/Xmax & other “snap on” vehicles.
Good idea on the sound module im going to see if i can get one soon. I already have a driver but could find a vintage one at the moment ill make a video soon
This for sure is going to go into full production. Too much R&D for a snap-on only run. Plus, everyone wants one and their marketing team knows it. I'll be buying one!

@@paulhudson1931 If on the off chance I get one, there will definitely be a driver. It’s weird they made a one-of just for Snap-on Tools. Hoping they start selling a non-branded one coz I doubt I’ll ever be able to find one of these for sale at a price I can afford. One sold on eBay for $1200!

@@BriansRCStuff Yeah idk the Snap-On Xmaxx was never mass produced!! and a long time B4 the hauler was released from them having the Snap-On haule. and actually don't think they are identical...But we never know.
They will sir. They wouldnt go out of their way to create a brand new platform and development for just a few replicas . Eventually they will bring it out for mass production.
For 1000 bucks online is price gouging. Id pay 200 for this like you said, it cant just be a snap on exclusive for long. Everyone wants one of these since it was discovered. You can make race classes out of this vehicle
If you break or burn up the tires, a set of 2.2 4wd buggy fronts would probably fit on all 4 corners. Go old school and do a set of knobby pin tires there still around.
Does traxxas offer a camera driven model with FPV? Asking because I own E-Maxx’s I bought 25 years ago and added brushless motors too. I just remember it becoming a small dot in the distance. Of course back then it was no issue but as I age would be cool to have a DJI style remote where you could see it when it’s off in the distance
To make it available through toolbox purchase only was the decision of your specific snap-on dealer. Not traxxas' fault! Additionally snap-on most likely pays a huge sum to traxxas to be the first to market a new vehicle for a limited time.
This is definitely not 1:6 scale! Absolutely not!!! Rather 1:10 - 1:12 scale. These were huge cars, believe it or not. They often boasted 10-15l displacement engines and were sometimes over 5 meters long.
