The first island isn’t the best looking but isn’t all that bad either. It’s the most affordable one considering this list just gets more and more expensive. If I was a drug lord I would buy the more expensive island but if you’re not I wouldn’t bother unless I was bored and rich asf.

If i buy the last island it seems there s already buildings there, are there any people living there? What about police? Hospitals? For the one island which you said receives cargo one a month, do i have to pay for it? If the supplies go to some shop, isn't that on my property? Who owns that company/branch on my property? omfg there are so many questions

I'm very confused, at the beginning (the first island presented), when mentioning the size you said "the island itself is very small at 1,600 square feet or 2.6 acres," but I looked it up, and 2.6 acres equals 113256 square feet, or 1600 square feet equals 0.037 acres. WHAT!!!
