I tried on one of the sterling silver pair just to see, and my lobes were burning with 5 minutes 😞 oh well just means I don’t spend any money on jewelry that I don’t really need lol
I actually got this box and listed the pieces separately and I’ve had people buying for $18-$25 for the individual items but I’m sure it would move quicker if I potted them up. My best sellers from it has been j. Crew dangly pearl earrings, they all sold within a few days! I only got 1 sock and 2 beanies and 2 scarves. I also got a pair of gloves and 2 kids head bands. Everything else was jewelery . Love your unboxing videos ! Interesting to see what each person got
Interesting! I just sold my first bundle and it was on Mercari so there were no fees! I didn’t list any of the socks and all the soft stuff I will be listing in the next day or so.
I'm glad you didnt get too many winter items, the photos showed a lot of those. I was very curious on this one! Hopefully the sterling and fine metal pieces retain value well. Do you think you'll purchase an earring stand/display for the loose ones?

I got this box too, I did lot a few of the Madewell smaller ones up together. I have found that the Madewell larger more substantial earrings have gotten more interest than the J. Crew ones. So far I’ve sold two Madewell earrings and a j crew belt, so I guess we’ll see! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Rachel, I'm no jewelry expert but I would lot up the jewelry in 2 to 4 piece lots; except for the sterling pieces. Those I believe tend to sell high. Also I think that J. Crew and maybe Madewell always mark the pieces somehow so look for fine print on the earring posts. If any of this is helpful idk, since you were going to have it listed by this time anyway. Good luck on sales!
I ended up doing one lot for all the loose hoops, one for all the hypoallergenic ones and one lot for the regular gold tone ones. The big costume ones and the sterling silver I did all separate. There were a few that were broken after further inspection.
It had a few more flawed items than I would have liked but overall the stuff I was able to list has been selling pretty well, actually. I would say it’s turning out to be decent so far.
it was better than i was expecting - lol. Seems a little heavy on damaged/not NWT items? Personally I would have hoped for a little more variety and not so many earrings. But I"m sure this is a profitable box!
Lot the tiny ones, people like my daughter who have multiple piercings always look for those tiny earrings, and it would probably be more appealing to pay only one shipping. Good luck, I have no idea how these sell but I know people make a living of only selling these kind of stuff.

I am definitely not making any additional purchases to sell this stuff. I don't get this kind of thing often so I cant justify the cost.

Definitely I am a little disappointed with the flaws, there are even more I found after filming. Still hoping I can make a profit on this one.
