@sdabney some of us are losing a battle on ONE front! Trump wants to get rid of Tik Tok ( a lot of jobs lost), imposing 25% tariff on Canadian goods entering the U.S.; Canada is considering "battling back", monetarily - who loses? Oh, btw, Newt Gingrich approves of Trump allowing "LEGITIMATE" immigrants to enter the U.S.! I wonder WHOM THAT will (or WILL NOT) entail... Stay tuned...

I remember when this song came out in 1974 and everyone was so appalled when they sang the cruse word "bullshit." Needless to say that word was bleeped out when they played the song over the air, but with all the intense profanity in hop hop today, it would be looked upon now as no big deal.

All the greats you can dance to. That's just to name a few. I get home and first thing get a snack pick out the jams throw it on and dance. And if soul train would be on I pick up Thoes moves also.I was around I think 12 of age maybe 17 of age. I just know I was in school maybe it was Jr.high school yea I think it was. Either way I just loved to dance to that sound the rythem the beat it attacked my soul and bones. It still is in me today I can be a 100and I still be dancing. It's in beded in me. Lead off track on one of the greatest albums of all time . Searing funk on side 1 and liquid love ballads on side 2. The Isley's were on top of their game at this time and only the GO FOR YOUR GUNS album from '77 is at the same level. Either way 44 years later this is still as fresh and funky and soulful as it was in '75 .
