Before this album and singer Gene Hawkins, the band (as a three piece) released a vinyl-only album, which was also self-titled. This is basically impossible to find (believe me, I've tried). Unfortunately, Gene Hawkins died of a heroin overdose in 1994, and the group disbanded.
