@@TheRoleplayer40k As someone who started with Honkai, I agree! It's very complicated and hard to farm better items in later-game. I'm glad that simpler entry-level games such as Genshin have come out since then!

Nah because now you have to spend a lot of sanity in between to level up to gain the sanity. Earlier on this happens because you level so quickly which gets added on top of what you had. And thanks!

QuarantineBoy promotions i guess. it will increase their max level so that you can level them more and sometimes, you can get new skills tho its mostly 4-6* (correct me if im wrong)
Yep. It's very rare and there is a small chance the tag gets cancelled even if you go full 9 hrs. I got the senior operator and top operator tags once since playing (since week one) and I got them both on the same permit. That sounds unlucky but it seems that the top operator tag always comes with other rare tags. Currently, the community is still trying to make a list of all possible combinations because it seems that there are preset combinations and not every tag goes together. Some tags that are common but in combination would guarantee a 5* have a really low chance of appearing together. Like Debuff and AOE.
@@NeroAllstar Im pretty sure if you put nine hours senior and top operators tag don't get cancelled but there is a chance that the other tags get cancelled
