I love how Mike acts like the Support of the group by using strengthening spells. Sully's physical fighter guy is great too, makes me think this is considered canon in their story.
Oh my god, this is a lot of nostalgia. From the world logo sequence from the opening of the movie (Monsters Inc.), to Sora's "funny face" from KH1, and (personal favourite) the boss music of the Unversed from Birth by Sleep
At first I was only watching for the gameplay... After scrolling threw comments and seeing you actually interact with "fans" I am now subscribing! Not many people comment back. You sir have my respect

You know you get good sound-alikes when I have to google if the original voice actors for Mike and Sulley were reprising in this game. They aren't, but man, high quality.
@@BobTheArchmage While true enough for anime, it's a lot easier to change how the mouths are animated based off of language in a video game, because they're rendered in real time. I make this point because literally everything else is lip sync'd to English. It could be just Rubhen's instance of the game though, or a minor hardware malfunction, if it weren't seen in other play throughs. I'm not going to go searching though.

I always loved the Door Vault in Monsters Inc, another one of my dreams that came to life in this game. I especially love the rail shooting aspect. It's also fitting that Vanitas was the Organization member sent to this world, since the unversed could really empower themselves with the, now obsolete, scream power.
It makes no sense for this to be canon, especially when it comes to visitors from other worlds, so I don't even know why Pixar would think this canon at all

you can definitely tell who they were unable to get back to reprise their roles. i thought it was weird how silent Phil was during the hercules level, then what-his-name previously from organization 13 who is helping Riku and Sora from the lab. wonder if they just couldnt pay them enough or if they were too busy with other projects? weird though. youde think they could just find new actors since theres already been a few who were replaced for this game.
For some reason seeing actual helicopters in Kingdom Hearts was kinda surreal. I really liked this world! Really cool battle music, Mike and Sully are awesome and the little mechanic of having Boo laugh while fighting put a smile on my face. That for me is what Kingdom Hearts is always been about. When you think about it, they are fighting things that are the physical embodiment of evil that literally eat people hearts, negative emotions and other stuff. But there is always this sense of... happiness, hope and childlike wonder in Kingdom Hearts, especially in the music. I love it. The final boss of the world felt a bit... uninspired, I was pumped to see a big monster-like Unversed but we got a pile of black goop. The moment when he covers everything in ink/oil looked really cool though.
I dont know whether years got added to my life or got taken away due to that funny face special.... P.s. holy crap that doors in doors deal was the coolest freaking thing. That made my jaw drop.
I feel mix feelings watching this I feel glad that Kingdom Hearts 3 is doing Monster's Inc and I also feel "weird" to see Goofy and Sora without any pants
Even though there were only two Pixar themed worlds in Kingdom Hearts 3, it made me super happy that Toy Story and Monsters Inc. were the two movies that got the thumbs up to be added. Not only are they my favorite Pixar movies of all time, I really love the friendship of Woody and Buzz and Mike and Sulley and seeing them interact with Sora, Donald, and Goofy made me enjoy this game even more. And considering that Woody and Buzz were originally gonna be summons in the first Kingdom Hearts, my heart sang when I saw the trailer for Toy Box. From scrapped summons to full fledged party members in their own world! I guess what I'm saying is that Pixar finally got their turn to shine in the Kingdom Hearts series and they shined bright. God this is why I love this series so much!!!

Kingdom Hearts, one of the only series that can make 90% of its runtime cutscene, have said game last 12 hours, and only take up like one hour in the timeline. (Looking at you, Re:Coded)
Another beautiful world I was really hyped for and it did not disappoint like the world before this doe I knew the princess worlds were most likely gonna blow...this was amazing adding to the story and not just shoving sora and the others into the movie for plot reasons

Just so everyone knows Unversed first appeared in Birth by Sleep when you played as Terra, Ventus, and Aqua.
I mean....They just literally explained it. It's like you paused the video the second they were about to explain it.

Another beautiful world I was really hyped for and it did not disappoint like the world before this doe I knew the princess worlds were most likely gonna blow...this was amazing adding to the story and not just shoving sora and the others into the movie for plot reasons
