I actually started fucking around and playing DnD with some friends recently. I'm so impressed by his improv skills at turning silly shit into game mechanics. The guy is a legend. AWLs love Timm Woods
I can see a Barstool DnD series where essentially the audio of this episode is used but there’s like an animated video of whats being told. Kinda like Drunk History just switching to the cameras in the PMT studio for the small talk and dice rolling then going back to animation when Timm starts storytelling again. That’d be dope af and i don’t even like DnD. I’ve never even casually referred to DnD as DnD i just respect Timm and his craft.
Am I the only one who would watch a 3 hr D&D episode once a week with a new guest from the office each time? Can we please just stop and imagine Mintzy as a wizard🤣

I think the current agreement is ideal actually. Timm shows up, everyone has a blast for a few hours, then the same thing happens 6 months later. I’m sure Timm has a great time whenever he’s on with the boys but none of them are real D&D nerds. I bet he gets his real fulfillment when he’s giving a group of 13 year olds the D&D campaign that he wanted when he was 13 years old. The guy carries a set of dice on him at all times just in case he randomly sees anyone playing D&D at the airport so he can join. He’s about spreading good vibes to all. I don’t really want him glued to a weekly content schedule for barstool. Playing DM for a bunch of 25-40 year old jocks every week could be fun for a while but probably wouldn’t be his ideal main job as a grown man in his tiny profession. He just wants to grow the game organically.
When Timm made his first appearance on the show, I got addicted to D and D. I have since listened to hundreds of hours of content and played numerous campaigns. Thanks for changing my life in so many ways PMT.
