@@SingularityEngine I thought about trying it but I thought it might be too sweet in flavor for me personally. So I just went with original Beefeater and I didn't regret it one bit. I would be more inclined to try Pink if they sold it in smaller bottles so I can sample it with little risk.
Beefeater is my ALL TIME FAVORITE GIN. I love the classic, original Beefeater as well as the pink strawberry version of the drink. I'm not surprised that the Blood Orange is the bottom of the barrel, so to speak. Would love to try Beefeaters 24 but I can't find it anywhere in my part of The United States.
Standard issue Beefeater is great. Can't get the blood orange here in Arsetralia (perhaps duty free?). I haven't tried the 24 yet but looking forward to it. IMHO the pink is shite. Bobby, I realised you rated it very highly, but in one video, and I couldn't find it, I'm sure you described it as "harsh". I'll put it down to personal taste.
The bachelor can always get the strawberry 🍓 flavour for his girlfriend birthday...i m happily married..I’ve to keep one for my wife birthday..but she dont drink..😉😉😉
Beefeater has always been my favourite. But where I live (Tokyo), It's actually available in two versions. The "standard" version is 40% and then there's a slightly stronger version at 47%. The price difference is minimal and the overall balance of flavours is similar, but the overproof version has a bit more punch, as you'd expect, so I slightly prefer it. Both are excellent, though.
Beefeater. Bloody good gin. Now, there's a slogan if I've ever heard one, Bobby! Great video as usual. However, I still prefer the classic over the Beefeater 24. It's just PERFECT.
I have always loved Beefeater and wish that it was more available in bars here. Bars in California and Nevada just don't seem to carry it. I've always felt the "more expensive" and more "botanical" gins don't make a good dry martini. Thank you for your review. Viki
Thanks for this Viki. I’ve been to California and Nevada many times and I did notice the lack of Beefeater. The only place a found it was Vegas but then again, there’s not much that can’t be found in Vegas! 😊
Yeah you're right, it's funny too because it's in every store here. I absolutely love beefeater, I think bars don't carry it because a lot of them around here aim for REALLY cheap stuff for drink mixing. Not that I know any good bars in California anyways. Vegas had a few decent ones with it though.
I was just watching your top 10 gins of 2019 and someone in the comments suggested you try Verano. I'd never heard of it, but after looking it up I might end up dreaming about the watermelon one tonight... So, I suppose my point is I agree with their suggestion!
I totally agree. I love the regular BF. It is just bloody good. But I always follow the BF up with Brokers. I love Brokers but I only love it after a glass of BF. Can you do a regular BF versus Brokers? I do love 24 too, but I think it not much better than BF and Brokers.
I'm a big fan of the Beefeater brand, but have never seen the Blood Orange in the store. I might try it with a Negroni (my favotite gin cocktail that I make with the orginal Beefeater) because the Blood Orange Gin might play well with the Campari's bitter orange flavor.
Hey, Bob! Im from Brazil and i was thinking about drinks to really hot weather. I thought about a Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla based drink and all of a sudden the idea of mixing flor de sevilla and beefeater pink crossed my mind. What do you think about that? Would it make an exceptional and unique drink or a mix of unfitting flavours? Greetings from Brazil!
Artur Costa Oooooh! I like that idea! I’ve just made a video where I mix two gins to make a martini. I’ll definitely try this when the weather gets warmer here in the uk! 😊😊
Would be curious to see you review New Amsterdam gin if you haven't already. Not that I'm saying it's really really good, I just want to see your review of it.
The products of Pernod Richard have high quality btw, and the Beefeater is absoluty stunning! Have you tested the others ...Monday's gin, Burrough's reserve? Thank you and compliments!
Just found your channel. Can’t wait to try more gins. Old Tom is my current favorite. Question, why do you mix with tonic for the tastings? Would club soda be better to not change the flavor? If you haven’t made one maybe a video on how to try gin would be good. What flavor profiles to look for etc..
Hi Chris! Welcome to my channel my friend! Great question and one I am asked quite a lot. I always add a bit of tonic as it actually releases the flavours of the gin and allows them to be discerned it a way that you can’t get from drinking it neat. Master distillers often add a tiny spot of water to neat gin while testing it as it has the same effect. Give it a go and let me know what you think. 😊
It's really weird, for such a big brand in north west london I cant find it in any grocery store or even on Amazon they dont sell the unflavoured one!! :(
Hey Jorge Isaac Guerrero! Welcome to my channel my friend! Glad to have you on board! I’ll be realising videos regularly throughout the lockdown so I’ll do my best to keep you entertained! Stay safe 😊😊
I want someone to be as excited to see me as this man is while tasting pink Beefeater
Is the strawberry Beefeater best sipped neat?
BEHOLD THE SINGULARITY ENGINE
I’m always excited to see you! 😊😊
@@thBrilliantFool I like it on some ice, but it's good with a 50/50 tonic or soda blend as well

The Beefeater Blood Orange when paired with Lemonade tastes like Marmalade on my palate but that’s just me 😁 Love your videos 🥰

Wow! That’s sounds cool! I’ll have to try it! Thanks Cindy! 😊😊

Beefeater brand triggers the vegan 👍😎
This guy's reaction, after one day i am in a spirit shop and where is Beefeater strawberry 🍓
Hope you enjoy it Pranesh! 😊😊
@@nononsensegindrinking5152 Got only Normal Beefeater dry gin,..drank it with lemon and a green chilli.....😍

Beef eater Orange is nasty. It tastes like cheap orange candies and caugh syrup

I can get a 1.75 Liter bottle for like 43 dollars. ❤😅 it’s good stuff
Can you please replace all other British RUclipsrs. Just take them out and redo their work. Thanks.

Here in india it's available at 47% ABV at around 14 GBP
Good video, of course, but where is the Beefeater Crown Jewel?

😂😂 thanks Maksy! 😂😂
I do love the Beefeater classic and the 24. Totally agree. If I dont like strawberry ice, would I like the pink?
KT 65
Hmmm 🤔 possibly not. I would say give it a go though as you never know! 👍
Very proud to have the first gin bottle be Beefeater, such a classic london dry. So looking forward to getting a bottle of the 24~.

You cannot improve on a classic.
"The love, the passion"... is still with the original for me. The King is not dead.
What I like about beefeater is that not only is it good, but its also pretty darn affordable including the special editions.

Exactly! It’s why I love beefeater so much ! 😊😊
Bobby, thank's for that,I very much like Beefeater classic, thank's to you, with all that is going on today,GIN LOVER'S, please be safe, cheers.

Thanks Bobby, awesome video as always. What's your favourite way of drinking the Beefeater 24 ? Neat or if mixed then what is your mixer ?

Thanks Aron. I always have it with a little bit of Fever Tree gold label tonic to release the many flavours. 👍

I ran out and bought Beefeater Pink after seeing this video. And it was so gross I almost think I got a bad bottle. Love standard Beefeater though.

No Nonsense Gin Drinking just tried this. Need to work out how much cause I think I added too much tonic. But I’m going to do this from now on !
Beefeater, my fav.
Hi from Brazil!
Hi, great video as always! I guess you´ll make me drink some good gin soon!
Beefeater pink is great for gin tonics, especially if you're giving it to people that don't really drink.
cheers🍻

That’s very strange Ben. Get yourself down to south london! Plenty down here! 👍
