- Fabledom continues and now that we're a fancy town we begin to see illnesses emerge amongst our Fabling population, which of course means we need to build a hospital, quickly!
But hang on, only commoners can work in a hospital, which means we need to build some condominiums for the commoners to live in, quickly!
But hang on, the condominiums require lots of planks and bricks, so we need to work on getting those produced, quickly!
I'm sure you can see the pattern there, but yes, we have a bit of a frantic race to build a hospital so we can treat the poorly Fablings, but are we able to succeed in time?
Also we have a chat with some gnomes, there's a visit from a little pig and we visit a wishing well!

For most buildings, why don't you just build them next to your stock pile and move them to where you want them. A lot faster than carrying all the supplies out to where you want to build.
Due to this series, I picked up this game. It's very fun. Thanks for showing it off since I'd never heard of it prior to this series.
Greetings I recommend your make a laborers Guild square, ( make a square that can fix 6 Labor guilds) this will make your place look fancy & efficient in quantity of builders & work will be done 10x times as fast.
You need to allow bricks in a stockpile near the commoners buildings. You only have it set up that bricks are stored near the stone masonry & stone pile.
This means your fablings are having to travel too far to collect materials, that’s part of the reason why it’s taking so long for things to be built.
If you don’t end up building the labourer’s guild, then move your existing labourer’s hut closer to the area you are building instead. It saves a lot of time of them travelling to the area you want to build.
I've found that a rule of thumb for the condos is that you need at least 2 plankeries and 2 stone masonries in order for the condo to get built in a reasonable timeframe (a few times, I found myself waiting several seasons before anything got done)

Who are you and where is the *real* Penge?! 🤣 45:00 You might want to check when you can build a Marketplace.

Is there no way to stockpile materials so you have a minimum about all the time?
You can select Fergus by clicking on his icon in the upper left hand corner, much easier than finding him on the map itself

On the sewers for the commoners, one house is not being covered
Your not going to big with your condo complex. I played around with it a bit and managed to use up all 30 tiles. Going from left to right I went 4/6/5/6/6/4.
Going from left to right, top to bottom with everything facing in except the starter naturally
4]house/shop/house/house
6]house/4 blanks which align with the 3 house & shop/House
5]Condo starter/house/blank/not part of the condo cause I left it out to place the well in the middle/Blank/house

Commoners weren't very common in Cupboardvale
Just going by the houses themselves... I would much rather be a peasant in Fabledom than a commoner. My own quaint little house with an outhouse and bees and a giant yard, or a cramped building smushed right up against a few others with no amenities, no yard, no charm... it's really not a competition. Sure, commoners might have better jobs and pay less taxes, but their housing is just atrocious.
I like to watch these vids, even for hours, but sad to say too much unnecessary thing in those time just for a simple thing.

Personally I don't much care if you go for Farrah or Winifred or whatever the farming princess' name was or The Dark Night. Farrah's the girl for ME... she doesn't have to be the girl for you.
