Nah, it's just JYP acting up, it depends on his mood lol. Like Joon from G.O.D always said JYP is always dictated by mood, JYP kept scolding him for singing in a way for a whole day they can't finish the recording because of one line. Then suddenly JYP said, that's how you do it! do you see the difference? Joon said he can't see the difference since he only did what he did before nothing changed lol.
They are matching, but when you look at it in a very professional way. You do see the difference in their dancing energy, since not every member has the same level of the dancing. But i’m glad that jyp makes them improve everytime to give the audience a better perfomance.

But 1 thing which Ryujin have advantage compare to Yeji is the Facial Expression to carry the concept/image a song.. No hate on itzy but there is another group who has been well known for having the best sync dance moves between members and that's GFriend. Its what they are really famous for, strong and synchronised dance moves
Infinite had the craziest sync to the point where even their arms were bent at the exact same angle they're legends and now we have Seventeen. No girl group can compete with GFRIEND for sync except for Dreamcatcher who have choreo a little more intense because of their genre.

They're still rookies. Unlike their senior groups who have earned money and can take practice videos home with them or record them on their own computers/phones/cameras, ITZY isn't rich. Sending pictures of where they don't match is how they can practice outside the studio, or guides them in their practice the next day at the company, or gets them to talk as a group at the dorm. He's not zooming in on their bodies, it's like a freeze frame like from a dance practice video. Zooming in would defeat the purpose of showing how they don't match. This isn't creepy, it's constructive.
Maybe JYP wasn't satisfied not because they didn't dance well or not synchronized but they look like they're trying hard to impress the audience not enjoying the performance. Just two cents from my amateur eyes ✌
It's their job as idols to appeal to the audience and as a competitive dancer I can say that they did really well with that and the girls always look like they are having fun on stage you must've missed a ton of the dance

JYP is very perfectionist and that is a good thing. if this were YG, he would be filling them with compliments only with a fun or exciting presentation, but JYP never is satisfied, always looking for the smallest detail, if he feels that it can be improved then he will suggest it
Tbh I agree with striving for perfection when it comes to choreographies, but regardless of the tiny errors they make, I think he should give them encouragement and tell them he’s proud of how hard they’re working/trying
I think they're can be a charm in doing the the same choreo but interpreting it each in their own way. Showing your personality through the dance moves if that makes sense.
It's not just about how good you sing and dance or how you know the choreo, sometimes it's includes the discipline, the neatness of work and choreography and the professionalism. That's why I admire Master Jyp for my opinion he's one of the powerful yet discipline leader in the BIG 3. You're the best Master Park. He may look like a strict one, but you will learn a lot from him that you can bring it to the future. See his artist Wonder girls, Miss A, Got7, Twice they're all experience the hardships but look how successful they're it's all because they learn a lot of experience and lesson from a good leader like JYP.

They're still rookies. Unlike their senior groups who have earned money and can take practice videos home with them or record them on their own computers/phones/cameras, ITZY isn't rich.
Sending pictures of where they don't match is how they can practice outside the studio, or guides them in their practice the next day at the company, or gets them to talk as a group at the dorm.
He's not zooming in on their bodies, it's like a freeze frame like from a dance practice video. Zooming in would defeat the purpose of showing how they don't match. This isn't creepy, it's constructive.

if this were YG, he would be filling them with compliments only with a fun or exciting presentation, but JYP never is satisfied, always looking for the smallest detail, if he feels that it can be improved then he will suggest it
Tbh I agree with striving for perfection when it comes to choreographies, but regardless of the tiny errors they make, I think he should give them encouragement and tell them he’s proud of how hard they’re working/trying

It's not just about how good you sing and dance or how you know the choreo, sometimes it's includes the discipline, the neatness of work and choreography and the professionalism. That's why I admire Master Jyp for my opinion he's one of the powerful yet discipline leader in the BIG 3. You're the best Master Park. He may look like a strict one, but you will learn a lot from him that you can bring it to the future. See his artist Wonder girls, Miss A, Got7, Twice they're all experience the hardships but look how successful they're it's all because they learn a lot of experience and lesson from a good leader like JYP.
