For people that say "But but, survivors dupe items and use glitches to win in matches" is biggest BS you can say in this game. Night Hunter, is the most glitched mode ever in terms of gameplay. Its funny in some way, because pounces and other stuff need very little skill to be good at. Also you dont need to win in order to get rank up. Same for survivors, if you win, good you get goodies, but you get more primaly from destroying nest, so even if you get your cheeks clapped, you will still leave with good haul.
So I take damage and can "preheal". Healing on Hard / Nightmare is an over-time thing instead of instant, so if I heal before a fight I'm actively healing while in combat.
So I can damage myself to heal before fighting the hunter. This is called prehealing since I'm playing on nightmare where medkits heal over time. I do this so I'm passively healing while fighting the Hunter.

You can interrupt the Hunter's pounce if you manage to look at it and shine in time before he actually reaches you and kills you.

Your doing these death from above risks a lot, you should buy the astronaut bundle and wear the V-9 suit to reduce fall damage by a lot.
I don't use that outfit as I consider that pay to win and unfair.
