- Making fresh coconut cream at home for all health and beauty benefits is as simple and easy as anybody could imagine. It can be diluted with hot water before using or added straight to the simmering liquid in the pan. Coconut milk and cream are used both separately and together in curries and spicy soups to 'cool' the heat of the dish. They're also delicious in sweets such as coconut rice pudding or coconut ice cream.

Thanks for your video. Can you leave the homogenized liquid in the fridge for it to separate overnight, or do you have to take it out the fridge after 3 hours? I left it overnight and it still looks homogenized ...
May be water content is more or u have chosen coconut with less cream/fat.. try using only little water while grinding

It's normal water...yes it tastes in coconut n oily
So basically you'll just have to put the coconut milk on a glass, chill it for 2-3 hours to create the coconut cream?

Thanks 🙏. Normally it would make 1 cup of cream for one coconut provided the coconut pulp is thick so that u can extract thick milk. Soft pulp may not give u good results ☺️

U can separate cream from coconut milk if it has water content. I m not sure abt store bought coconut milk may be because it is a homogeneous thick milk. U can try it tho 🙂

I usually dry the pressed coconut husk and store in the refrigerator and use it on the barbeque fire to give the coconuty smell to the dishes and this also helps the fire to burn
Better still u can use as a body scrub by adding ur own kitchen ingredients. Check my other videos for some ideas 🙂🤗
You can also dry it (outside or in oven) and use as coconut flour

I let it sit in the refrigerator for a whole day And it still has not separated.
There may be many reasons for this...pls check my video again....
Use hard coconut flesh to grind and use very little water to grind...u may have diluted very much... therefore the fat is not thickening....try again...good luck 😊
This cream goes stale in fridge within a week. Any solution ?
Sorry abt that. Try to deep freeze the cream. I have not tried tho, but a suggestion. Best made before use
