What stage and grade did you have ? I had a total hysterectomy 2 years ago. I did not have any follow up treatment, although recommended that I have 28 broad arm radiation treatments. The cancer was stage 1, but right at 50% through the myometrum and a grade 3.
For me, the only weight reduction method that works is fasting. It is easy, simple to do and free and I never feel hungry. When I am not doing 72hr fasts, I eat a plant-based, high fibre, low protein, organic, non-GMO, and eliminate sugar, grains and all processed foods. I walk at least twice a day, and after recovery from a total hysterectomy will be riding my bike again. The couch has been tossed and instead, I have a stationary bike, Nordic Track, and Ab exerciser, all can be used while watching Netflix , I also have exercise bands and hand weights. On sunny days I will be using my electric bike. Electric bikes are fun to ride, and particularly helpful for those who are recovering from surgery, especially if they live in hilly areas. The health benefits of riding an electric bike have been researched and found to be surprisingly positive. If something is fun, we tend to do it more, and more often, which is the main reason electric bikes have become so popular. When fasting is so easy, why would anyone choose to have bariactric surgery, or struggle with special diets that usually do not work? When one's life is threatened, improving our nutrition and lowering our toxic load, makes a lot of sense, as does getting plenty of rest, and methods to eliminate stress, along with having a Berkey water filter and drinking plenty of water.
Thank you for posting this valuable lecture.
It is important to realize that clear cell endometrial carcinoma is NOT associated with obesity. It grows fast and appears in older women.
I'm not doing chemo. Can't afford treatments anyway.

I'm waiting to hear if they got it all during a full hysterectomy last week.
I’m going in for total hysterectomy on Monday June 5.
