I’m gonna give it to Charlie and Lynn on this one. Way to go you two. Charlie with the gold ring and coppas, and Lynn with her first old button. 👍 That button had to have had a nice back mark on it. Congrats to all five of you misfits. You always keep me drooling over your finds. ❤
I don't know Lynn was rich’s mom .omg how nice. She is such a great person. Lynn you always make the dig so much more fun. What a neat thing to learn. ❤
Nice finds everyone. I think Charlie's ring is a 10K class ring made by Herff Jones. The company was bought out in 1979. I recently found a class of 1939 H.J. ring that was also missing the piece on top. That is where the name of the high school would have been. Congrats to Lynn on her first button.
Years ago I wrote a song that I originally titled "Charley's Gold," but I renamed it Lost River. When Charley pulled the ring, the song played in my head. Way to go Lynne! Shanktified! Doug is wearing the glasses we used to call Foster Slants.
It’s nice y’all do these hunts all together as often as possible. It’s like an old school tv show except real. It’s cool to get everyone’s knowledge with every relic pulled from the ground. Thanks
Incredible Hunt there. Lynne Congrats on your very first Button. Very Nice. Charlie 5 Buttons 2 Coppers and the 1968 Gold Class Ring Congrats. Love all the finds there even Doug's Wheatie. Take Care everyone Crazie Digging
Charlie was hanging in the truck to give y"all a chance. You know, the young bull vs. the old bull story! If you don't know, sorry, it's not appropriate for your channel. Haha!😁
Hey guys! I've been watching your videos for maybe a year and I really want to start doing metal detecting! My dad has a detector, a cheaper one. Can you recommend a good metal detector and pinpointed for a beginner? Thanks! And is Doug Mexican? Representation, mi Gente!
There’s a few different coil options for the Simplex. The large coil is a 13.5”x12.5” and really covers a lot of ground. I can’t post prices here but if you email me I can help you get one. QuarterHoarder@yahoo.com
There isn’t a machine called the Macro Plus so I’m not sure exactly what other detector you’re referring to. There is a Simplex Plus if that’s what you meant?
She is using a new machine called the Triple Score. It’s a fantastic detector and costs less than the Legend. I actually did a full tutorial on it a few months ago and it was impressive!
Ooooooo, Linda is Rich’s mom. I thought he was just into older gals and she was into younger men. I feel like a goofball assuming they were a couple. 😂😂
I know that what I propose is complicated, but you might consider getting children involved in digging history, taking care to guard their privacy. Something to think about? It would add to their love of history and would go a long way in advancing both the hobby of champions.
Charlie taking a little break in the truck before his big finish!!! Plus Lynn with her 1st button. Great bit of Diggin all around
I’m gonna give it to Charlie and Lynn on this one. Way to go you two. Charlie with the gold ring and coppas, and Lynn with her first old button. 👍

Hello Quarter Hoarder,Dog Tag Doug ,Charlie,Rich and Lynn
Years ago I wrote a song that I originally titled "Charley's Gold," but I renamed it Lost River. When Charley pulled the ring, the song played in my head.

A class ring in a field , Great Job ...
The head Cheerleader from the local high school, throwing out her ex-boyfriend's class ring as she heads off to college.
that is what I was thinking, right next to the road.
Probably , more truth to that ❤😂
Some great finds and good times.
I wish they still moldboard plowed fields just some Amish still do.

Great hunt! You know you're in trouble when Charlie starts dancing, might as well put away your detectors cuz he just got the best find! 😎🏴☠️
It’s nice y’all do these hunts all together as often as possible. It’s like an old school tv show except real. It’s cool to get everyone’s knowledge with every relic pulled from the ground. Thanks

Nice video hunts and finds Guy's. And Congrats, Charlie gold finger
Hey Jason, sorry, but that field is not plowed,it just has had the crop taken off!
You’re right. My mouth just moves faster than my brain.
Way to go LYNN
1:57 That's what she said
Leave it to Charlie to find another gold ring in a field wow Congratulations
The price of gold in 68 was around 43 dollars.
i find that a soft "brass" bristle brush works awesome on copper or brass anything.
GOOOOOOOOOLLLD!
Love it!
Jason with the whitest detecting shoes in recorded history 😂
Haha. I usually wear boots but I accidentally left them at home. White sneakers and dirt aren’t a very good combination.
@QuarterHoarder been there, and it didn't stop me from digging either! 😉
Congrats on the finds!!! Congrats Charlie on the gold!!! Wonder if whom ever lost it, was found?
i dig dougs glasses
Charlie was hanging in the truck to give y"all a chance. You know, the young bull vs. the old bull story! If you don't know, sorry, it's not appropriate for your channel. Haha!😁
Your absolutely correct… I’m the old Bull, hahaha
happy new shoes day Jason.
Haha, yeah not the optimal digging shoes.
Hey guys! I've been watching your videos for maybe a year and I really want to start doing metal detecting! My dad has a detector, a cheaper one. Can you recommend a good metal detector and pinpointed for a beginner? Thanks! And is Doug Mexican? Representation, mi Gente!
Also, when you find a button with a shank you should yell, "ya shanked it!" I'm a dork 😆
Si. Doug es medio Mexicano
@@dogtagdoug6751 Yo tambien!
👍👍
Class Ring
Nice finds guys
4th like, happy tuesday, everyone
Good Hunt Jason
The nickle 3 cent piece has a bust on the front
NICE
Way to go Ms Lynn
Great video like usual watch you guys and gal weekly just wondering about about metal detector prop where you find one ?
Farm field coppers are Rorschach tests for detectorists
Haha, that’s a good way to think of it.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I wounder if there is some kind of eltrolysis that you can do on the large cents since you know the type of metal they are made of get them smoth
Did you ever find the owner of that class ring
No school name on the ring. It had fallen off
@heritagerelichunters9922 I made this comment before he found that ring. I was talking about the one from months ago found on that corner lot.
Can you tell me the brand of the bright green/yellow shovel Rich is using please?
Excalibur Shovels. Made strong and available in all different lengths and colors. Their name is their website.
You guys all have Nokia legends?
We have a lot of machines but the Legend has been good to us!
I have a Nokta simplex lite,but I would like a bigger coil,what size should I purchase?
There’s a few different coil options for the Simplex. The large coil is a 13.5”x12.5” and really covers a lot of ground. I can’t post prices here but if you email me I can help you get one. QuarterHoarder@yahoo.com
Hey guys have to ask other than age what is the difference between the legend and the macro plus
There isn’t a machine called the Macro Plus so I’m not sure exactly what other detector you’re referring to. There is a Simplex Plus if that’s what you meant?
if only we all could get permissions in certain eastern counties in pa ....
Looks like Lynn has a different machine, what’s that?
She is using a new machine called the Triple Score. It’s a fantastic detector and costs less than the Legend. I actually did a full tutorial on it a few months ago and it was impressive!
Awesome finds! Especially Charlie!!! Right on Man!!
are you guys doing digstock next year or in 2026.
You should start calling Doug "Duggles" (If you know, you know)
Ooooooo, Linda is Rich’s mom. I thought he was just into older gals and she was into younger men. I feel like a goofball assuming they were a couple. 😂😂
What happened to the VanWinkle-cam? He scratches a coin and you blame it on Iraq...
Im sure the owner will be glad he is going to have it back
I think I saw a bird's hive in the trees behind that bee's nest
Haha. I bet there’s a boatload of honey in a bird’s hive.
🖐💙🙏
You need to talk to the farner. That field was harvested, NOT plowed. You would barely be able to walk in it if it was plowed.
I know that what I propose is complicated, but you might consider getting children involved in digging history, taking care to guard their privacy. Something to think about?
It would add to their love of history and would go a long way in advancing both the hobby of champions.
