I have played it, I think I even uploaded it :) One of my less favorite pieces though. Unfortunately my favorites, Hungarian Dance No. 5 and Roses from the South are both unrecorded! That's what I'll do when I get back to playing.
Right now, I skipped most of book 7 and am working on Hungarian Dance no. 5 and Turkish Rondo. They are some of my favorite accordion songs. My goal is to learn each song in like 2 weeks or so, depending how hard they are. On average, how long does it take you to learn a new song?
Emiliano Salomon About a day or two to learn the song enough to play it from memory, and then another 1-2 weeks to get it a reasonable level (i.e. well enough to record and not be totally ashamed :D)
Hi Bass Clarinet! I've got to admit, the song is pretty tough - the changing keys are kind of difficult to get into at the beginning, but it gets easier when it gets into muscle memory. I think it took me about a week or two to get this one to a recordable level.
