I think their romance on the show IS quite visible, especially in season two. That's why they have so few scenes together. They sizzle when on-screen together, and therefore the wait to see them together on-screen is tension-building for the audience.

And there is debate of whether or not Jarnsaxa and Sif are actually the same person. I think the show will do both. I think we've already met the incarnation of Sif, and I think that was Isolde. Yes, I know Isolde was a lesbian, but I'd like to point out that she was hardcore into Saxa. Now I think Isolde is Sif because she is the only character that actually cares about the health of the environment, wgich definitelys plays towards Sif being a fertility goddess. But Sif is also a seer, or oracle, and the only times we see isolde after her death is in visions, like what a seer would have. Now Isolde's being into Saxa was just foreshadowing that they would have some sort of relationship and that's exactly what's happening. Now Saxa is the one character with the most forward character development, and I thinl her changing into Isolde in the sex vision is foreshadowing future changes. Saxa is becoming Isolde. Jarnsaxa is becoming Sif. I think she will be pregnant with Mafne's first vhild before she takes on that new role as Sif. But I do think that is what will happen. And when I said Saxa is becoming Isolde, I don't mean literally in that way. I think she's just going to take on traits like hers, mainly caring for the environment and bettering it.

I saw them making her his wife if you look at the character arc she had, and even the potential breaking of the cycle as opposed to the mythology where Thor was ready to kill before talking (as in the original lore and tales four of the Aesir survived including the so often overlooked younger brother of Thor that is not Loki and had an interesting shoe sole collection for one shoe allowing him to kill Fenrir with the use of the one shoe he made) and this incarnation the serpent may not be his downfall.

And if Sigyn is here, then who's Angrboda, the giantess Loki had Hel, the Fenris Wolf and Jormungandr with? Or is Laurits going to be mother to all of them here - might take some time though, he's got to practice his shapeshifting skills before he's capable of giving birth to animals that aren't snakes, I really want to know if Sleipnir is going to make an appearance.
Personally, I prefer Mange with Saxa rather than Gry or Signy. I don't know how they are going to do it with all the myths surrounding his different partners. I would like to see Fenris though, then see Odin reaction to that hahaha. But Jormungandar will take a more prominent role I guess since the main character is Thor, and the snake is his archenemy, the one that kills him.
