Then at 4:45, the band starts to break it down with guitar solo. It's a jam that's seldomly done anymore. And at 6:30 the conga drums take the spotlight, for a while. Next; at 6:58, the keyboard takes the beat (and breaks it down). Finally; at 7:58, the entire band puts the emphasis on that chorus with those female singers giving us the gist of what this song is about. Jamiroquai takes us to the end of the song, that I don't want to stop.
What makes this version so good is the small venue and the shear fun they are having. JK is working the stage in this small club just like he does in a big venue. This is still my go to for Canned Heat. Just a fantastic performance. Imagine being there and hearing this band perform.

Maybe it's just me who feels this way, but the drums are not getting the spotlight it deserves! Derrick is KILLING it in this song! He's got so much groove and knows when to fill in; an excellent musician if you ask me.
The problem I have with Jamiroquai now is that I can't listen to their albums without stopping some of the tracks and playing the live version of them instead....simply amazing.

What was that at the start there was also some feedback seconds later but he carried on so perfectly
