I'm listening these hypnosis sessions for 1 month. Yesterday i was listening this one. Today I've seen my parents and they announced me they remembered I had a 5000 euros student loan to refund, and they decided to give me the money in order to erase my debt. I just wanna say: this is amazing. I tried once 12 hours back and overwhelmed. During the sleep, I really got the inception. I dreamed that I slept in a hotel (an ordinary, regular kind of hotel, not the lux one) and dreamed again in some other scenes until I found myself sitting in the back seat of a luxurious car, with a personal driver, carrying my child in my arms (that I don't have for now but would love one day). We drove along San Francisco bridge, which is faraway from my current home. In the beginning I was so terrified any my heart skipped a beat, and I felt so much fear, but oddly enough, I conquered the fear. I brought myself to pray in the dream (by God's grace) and things get better. Is this what they called lucid dream? Was it included in the video, the guidance? I didn't know because I fell asleep just one minute after the video is on. So I really thank you, Trigram Healing, for helping me discover what I really wanted deep inside.

The induction for this lasted all the way for 31 minutes out of a 36 minute video. Once I spent all that time to get into my subconscious I would have liked to have spent more than five minutes on the affirmations.
Krick Et , there's a trade off here. Your conscious mind blocks out the affirmations. This video is mostly for those that need more time getting into the alpha state. Once achieving this state the affirmations are readily accepted; this is much better than 25 minutes of affirmations that get blocked out, because you weren't in the right brain frequency.
Thank you!! Youre right, It does NOT take 31 minutes to get anyone into a deep trance state. Let alone into alpha state. There are even specific ancient breathing techniques that can & will get you into alpha & even theta state within a few short breaths.This has also been quantified of its effectiveness with brain scans. Getting passed the conscious & into the subconscious is easier than you think. Whomever thinks it's harder for some than others is not so. If that's your belief then suggest you learn to become a hypnotherapist to learn more on what's possible for all. This video was very relaxing indeed. However far too much time wasted in going deeper & deeper & deeper.....your subconscious & super conscious aren't at the bottom of the deepest seas of earth lol. This audio could have been shortened to a whole 5 minutes. Bet you anything he made it this long to have more people watch for longer so that YT can pay more for having stayed on longer to listen to longer ofvt by email video....as you go deeper & deeper & deeper. ...YT is filling my pockets with more & more & more money. I can't be hypnotized. My brain won't shut DOWN
First, No one's brain ever actually "shuts down" until they have died. Second, believe it's at least possible for you to be hypnotized. Then third, practice breathing while focusing your mind on the in/out flow of your breath. Whenever your mind starts wandering, gently bring the focus back your breath inhale and exhale. After some practice you'll observe the calming of your mind. You can use this method while playing the video and it will still have an effect.
