Its a super duper phone. One thing Noah did not say; the screen of the pixon get scratch easily even your gentle with it. So you've gotta prepare for a few scratches here and there on this beauty. I know it as I got this beauty, and I treat it 'nicely' lol. Is this phone more responsive than the viewty? Also does bad backlighting mean if someone stands infront of the sun and you take a picture, the photo is just a black figure? :(
lol I have had 1 c905 where it broke in the same way 3 times (they never acctually fixed it though, speaker). So they are upgrading me to an M8800! It will be arriving soon, cant wait.
I think the response of the video image displayed on the screen of mobile phone very slow. That does not happen with the camera phone's Nokia, the N95 for example. I wonder why?
Does it have a camera on the front of the phone? And does have acceleramotor capabilities? (Like when you tilt it, does it react depending on what you are doing?)
@anythiinqq its a pretty good phone to use, but most applications cost money because you have to use wap or other internet services depending on what your tariff is, but i have found one drawback, you cnat change you screensaver wich is realy disapointing because everything else is amazing, deffinetly recommend it but if you want something cheaper i would go for the samsung tocco light, amazing phone.
QUESTION: im looking at the full spec sheet of this phone on the samsung site, and it says it doesnt have caller ID..?? but it stores up to 2000 contact #s..? i dont get it.. will the name of a contact show up if they call or not?

ahhhh well i have the phone now but i have it in silver and it isnt shinay at all and i have been tryiing the pictures out on it and it is amazing . but i found swaping my contacts over was a painstakingly long job but i got there in the end . also there were some files like some music and video thtat were not iin the right folders and had moved into a diferent folder , and i found some files which i had never seen before and it said i couldnt open them it was unsoported but its an awsome phone

the call quality is QUALITY Mate can use the vol slide buttons at the side 2 turn up and dwn witch works great messaging i dnt like 2 much cause the swith view is all over the shot

its the best phone on market, in my opinion. The only thing it lacks is wifi. But everything else there is, is just perfect. For example, omnia, renoir, htc hd touch are all touchscreens, but not as respondive as pixon or iphone is. theyre more of a press-screen. menu is perfect, perfect in txt messaging, perfect camera (except the flash) but when do u really use flash? In absolute dark. i almost never use flash on my real camera cuz most of times pictures look better with out it

at first i owned the sony ericsson 8.1 mp cyber shot c905, and i changed it for this phone ... and let me tell you something guys..... i regret it. it has led flash, c905 has an excellent xenon flash. the zooming in this phone when taking a pic is not as good as the one in the c905. and to to be honest the pics it takes are not so good, it's like if i was using a 5 mp c. phone. the c905 has wi-fi... this phone doesn't and that sucks. this is an ok phone, but it's not worth the price. sorry.

my friends have the voyager, too thick and too long and i dont have verizon, the g1 is way too big, ugly and it's on t-mobile, my friends says it fast now, just wait till more 3g phones are on the network and it will sap the crap out of it
samsung makes snazzy designed products, and makes people want to buy it every time. But.. (Big but) , anyone who has ever owned a samsung product will tell you, they always regret it!! low quality build, and over complex software (read slow operating times, even on there LCD Tv's it takes 5 seconds to change over to another channel).

no it doesn't have Wi-Fi, thats the only downfall possiblt about the Pixon. The Renoir of course does have Wi-Fi
