I think it's safe to say now that she's the Touhou character with the most media produced till now, with so many passionate fans of the game and the character herself. It always gets me hyped up to see these sorts of epic creations in this epic community.
Story in a nutshell for people who don't understand. Cirno has a mario-like game(probably given and made by Letty) that she can only play in the winter where her goal is to get to Letty in order beat the game so they can spend time together(presumably).However, every time she makes it to the end, the game(or rather Letty) forces her to restart the game by sending her to the very beginning and changing the world and stage number each time. The result is the same each winter as Cirno never gets to spend any time Letty and has to give up once spring arrives. During that time, Cirno spends time with her other friends(even if it causes problems, not incidents as Reimu would really exterminate her for good if she did cause this many incidents each year) until winter comes around where everyone either hibernates or stays home. One winter, Cirno has enough and ends up going into the game herself to reach Letty(which takes her many tries). The moment she does, instead of letting Letty carry out the same trick, Cirno decides to take the initiative and take Letty herself out of the game. In the end, Cirno's attempt to enter the game was really a dream and while she was asleep, a snowpairing of her and Letty is left on the window of her house.(Presumably placed by Letty.)

I loved the part where Cirno straight up said "Screw it, i'm doing this myself" and literally went inside the TV.
