Only thing worse than being overly aggro with cedh politics is actively lying during them.

As a cEDH player myself, the politics are least enjoyable. In my experience with paper and webcam tournaments it always seems the “content creator” in the pod deploys political tactics first. You can watch this during the tournament you’re discussing here.

Interesting..I heard about this story second hand from a few people...my opinion didt change after hearing your side....not sure if you're new to tournament play..but it's high stakes..and things get emotionally intense... you mentioned quite a few times that the Kinnon player was loud...and pressured you...doesn't sound like he did anything wrong..we all compete differently and come from different backgrounds...as long as there's no personal attacks.. you should expect some "frank" politics...no need to cry..take every loss as a lesson and move on ...becoming good takes a lot and close losses like yours are part of the journey...in comparison to the world we're privileged to be able to spend our free time slamming expensive cardboard...no need to cry over it..good luck in the future!

It's definitely hard to understand without being there to understand fully. But I respect your point of view. I've played in quite a bit of tournaments this game just got me to my breaking point because it meant a lot to me.

Holy shit. Your take away is he’s new? I was there, I saw it happen. If anything he is being the most gracious he can be. The behavior in that pod was utterly unacceptable and should one million percent have been intervened by a judge much MUCH sooner. It was a casual redemption event ffs.

@@micahhuerta8471 cool..but what happend then? Cause his story only said.. they were loud and expected me to make decisions.."pressured" him (as opponents in a competition) so please tell me what his opponents did to justify an adult crying over a game?!
