    This is a full body pilates reformer workout that will get your heart rate up and strengthen those muscles. This workout is similar to my jumpboard mix workouts but we aren't using the jumpboard, so its a great class to do if you want to get a little cardio in with your pilates exercises.

    When you are speaking about springs would be useful to hear light/ medium/heavy for those of us who do not have the same type of reformer 😊

    I’ve done this workout video twice now and I sweat profusely at the same spot in the video which was holding the bars above the headrest and pulling knees to chest.

      Yes! I totally can understand that section making you sweat. That is such a great exercise, it like doing assisted pull ups at the gym. I always feel my back, and biceps working!

    Excellent class as always. Thank you. At first I was a bit nervous about jumping without the jump board, but then doing better at the end. Thank you for challenging us!😊

      Thank you! I know, it is a little weird and nerve racking at first, that’s why I suggested baby jumps to start, to get the feel and get comfortable and to always look at your feet! Glad you got more comfortable throughout the workout! 💪

    Oh my goodness if I had watched this first I would have talked myself right out of doing it. On the contrary I blindly pressed play and gave it my all and o was so proud of myself for getting to the end!! This was def one of the more challenging workouts I’ve done and I kicked butt!! Thank you for your service and refreshing routines.

    Thanks so much, loved this class! I was a little confused at the last jump sequence - did you only have one white spring on? You seemed to be jumping much faster than I was on one blue (I don't have a white option)?

    • @PilatesBodywithMichelleAlexis
      @PilatesBodywithMichelleAlexis  Год назад +1

      Omg thanks for calling me out on that last jump sequence. I was on 1 red spring, not 1 white! Not sure where my brain was! If people did it on a white or since you did it on a blue, it just meant your abs were working more than your legs! Sorry for that confusion!

      @@PilatesBodywithMichelleAlexis Awesome thanks for that! I do lots of these online sessions and alway wondered how difficult it would be to show the springs on screen - a little symbol system in the top corner of the screen maybe? Just a thought - thanks again, always love your sequences.

      @@juliemuir4993 Thats a good idea! I'll see if I can figure out a way to add that to the videos in the future
