Even if 2 power washers were strong enough to lift you 3 feet off the ground (they aren't), you would never be able to hold yourself so steady for such a long time, and you wouldn't be so erect while doing it. If it was possible, at all, you would certainly be leaning over to get your center of balance over the jets.
