I have been suffering from Alopecia for the last 3 years too , It's such an embarrassing situation to be in , Half of my both eyebrows are gone half of my moustache is also gone and I just started to get bald patches in my hair too. I have done my transplant not from Dr Abhishek but from other doctor in his clinic and I can say confidently that I am happy with my hairline as I am 24 years so looks is very important for me. There is mild swelling for 2_3 days but worth it after seeing results

He's a scammer and everyone knows it. They said I'm on stage 6 while I'm on stage 3. I still have hair on my crown full density and temple about 70% density so they didn't even know what stage 6 looks like. The clinic is handled by Marketting. When you go to clinic you will talk with the center manager who is BBA and MBA degree and are not doctors. They don't let you meet doctors.

@@Mo34565 yes only if you do not have aggressive hair loss DHT based. Surgen usually stabilize the hair loss using multivitamin, minoxidil 2% derma roller and if your hair loss is stabilized then you can continue with hair transplant. After HT, you have to monitor whether you are continuing with the Hair loss.
@@muftitvwaytojannah1062 I am not taking finestricide. The effect of DHT on your hair would depend on genetics and androgen receptors. Fenestricide reduces the DHT from attaching to androgen receptors in your body. if you think your father or grandfather has lost their hair fully then chances are you are required to take Fines, I however, did not had such problem the hair loss that I had was manageable, but in future if I see my hairs are shredding my doc would put me in Fines to protect my hair from DHT effects.

in platelet rich plasma therapy blood is drawn, the blood is spun in the centrifuge to separate the plasma, which is rich in platelets, the concentrated platelets are injected into the scalp in areas experiencing hair thinning. platelets contain growth factors that can stimulate hair follicles, promote healing, and boost hair follicles.. typically 5 to 6 sessions are scheduled about 4 to 6 weeks apart
minoxidil is a vasodilator can help to delay the process of hair thinning in the initial stage, but only as long as you use it. once you discontinue the use of minoxidil it will lead to reversal of the benefits. also cannot help in any kind of new hair growth, its not a cure for hairloss

Questions that could have been covered, - Which parent genes dominate leading to baldness? - Are there any precautionary permanent treatments before entering into the baldness world? - What is the lifespan of the transplanted follicles? - What are the treatments available for those not have sufficient follicles in the donor area? - What are the latest advancements/developments currently available and in clinical research to treat baldness?
I visited to dr Abhishek’s clinic 2 years back for my hairfall that time i knew i need a tramsplant buy i waa not convinced and wanted to cure my hairfall with prp and i took 6-7 sessions hairfall somehow decreases but the doc said cz of thining i need a transplant in future , they give you a genuine advice and now i am doing transplant from assure clinic allmost completed just waiting for my results as i know i will get a good result cz my friend reccomended me here and i saw his results. @@pooravsankhyan7700 initially when my hair is falling I thought with medication it gets better but then after consulting I got to know about prp and growth factor with some multivitamins to delay my hair fall for a certain period of time, but the doctor clearly mention the roots which are gone will not grow back with these things , so in normal language what I understood is the quality we can improve with the prp but the for the REGROWTH they suggest me transplant. And with combination of both my hair quality improves and the baldness is also gone.

I have done my transplant not from Dr Abhishek but from other doctor in his clinic and I can say confidently that I am happy with my hairline as I am 24 years so looks is very important for me.
There is mild swelling for 2_3 days but worth it after seeing results

He's a scammer and everyone knows it. They said I'm on stage 6 while I'm on stage 3. I still have hair on my crown full density and temple about 70% density so they didn't even know what stage 6 looks like. The clinic is handled by Marketting. When you go to clinic you will talk with the center manager who is BBA and MBA degree and are not doctors. They don't let you meet doctors.
This podcast is extremely informative as dr Abhishek is speaking about the medicines which many doctors don’t discuss , people is not enough educated to understand about the side effects of medicines and fall under scam, out of all the podcast dr Abhishek is the one who is genuinely talking about the myths of medicines in respect to hair transplant.

Assure has done very impressive work so far relative to my implant, more so in bringing back my confidence. I got my hair transplant done 6 month back, happy with the result. I did it without Fenestricide, only on minoxidil, derma stamp and multivitamin.
Is it possible to get good results without finasteride?
@@Mo34565 yes only if you do not have aggressive hair loss DHT based. Surgen usually stabilize the hair loss using multivitamin, minoxidil 2% derma roller and if your hair loss is stabilized then you can continue with hair transplant. After HT, you have to monitor whether you are continuing with the Hair loss.

@@muftitvwaytojannah1062 I am not taking finestricide. The effect of DHT on your hair would depend on genetics and androgen receptors. Fenestricide reduces the DHT from attaching to androgen receptors in your body.
if you think your father or grandfather has lost their hair fully then chances are you are required to take Fines, I however, did not had such problem the hair loss that I had was manageable, but in future if I see my hairs are shredding my doc would put me in Fines to protect my hair from DHT effects.

Hey doc is it mandatory to take minoxidil in every patient or it differs ?
minoxidil is a vasodilator can help to delay the process of hair thinning in the initial stage, but only as long as you use it. once you discontinue the use of minoxidil it will lead to reversal of the benefits. also cannot help in any kind of new hair growth, its not a cure for hairloss
What about inflammatory alopecia can hair transplant be done on it and will the hairs grow and retain or will they fall out?

Hi Ranveer. Kudos to all your efforts. I love your zeal in every podcast. Unfortunately, this interview didn't truly cover key elements based on my understanding. Questions that could have been covered,
- Which parent genes dominate leading to baldness?
- Are there any precautionary permanent treatments before entering into the baldness world?
- What is the lifespan of the transplanted follicles?
- What are the treatments available for those not have sufficient follicles in the donor area?
- What are the latest advancements/developments currently available and in clinical research to treat baldness?
I visited to dr Abhishek’s clinic 2 years back for my hairfall that time i knew i need a tramsplant buy i waa not convinced and wanted to cure my hairfall with prp and i took 6-7 sessions hairfall somehow decreases but the doc said cz of thining i need a transplant in future , they give you a genuine advice and now i am doing transplant from assure clinic allmost completed just waiting for my results as i know i will get a good result cz my friend reccomended me here and i saw his results.

I have tried literally every single medicine from last 3 years but nothing happened, I only loss my frontal hair and did transplant 1 week back and I am amazed to see tiny new growth and I was so happy after seeing the growth, not every clinic is trustworthy but u should choose your clinic and doctore wisely because it's one in a life time thing, your are inventing money time everything don't get fool by those who are prescribing medicines for growth, every individual is different so requirment is also different.
In my case i need this transplant treatment and I am fully satisfied.

@@pooravsankhyan7700 initially when my hair is falling I thought with medication it gets better but then after consulting I got to know about prp and growth factor with some multivitamins to delay my hair fall for a certain period of time, but the doctor clearly mention the roots which are gone will not grow back with these things , so in normal language what I understood is the quality we can improve with the prp but the for the REGROWTH they suggest me transplant. And with combination of both my hair quality improves and the baldness is also gone.
@@pooravsankhyan7700 during my early stages I took prp and growth factors with some multivitamins but doctor explained me that it can only delay your hair fall for certain period of time and improves the quality of hair, but the area which has already bald it won’t grow back so for that I opt transplant … so it’s a combination treatment overall depending on person to person and their hair fall stage basically.

Absolutely true! The case Dr. Abhishek mentioned in the video (@40.14 mins) was mine, and I am immensely grateful to him. After three unsuccessful attempts, I had lost all hope.
With my donor area very weak, every other doctor said a fourth attempt was impossible. Dr. Abhishek, however, showed unwavering confidence and took on my case. He personally handled the entire procedure from start to finish, correcting the previous transplants and achieving the desired hair density.
