The fenix looks like a cleaner beam and color, but the intensity seems the same.

Looks like both are great LEP lights. I went with the W3 Pro and it's better than what I expected. I got 377 kcd from mine. Others say they got about that too. What surprised me was the Weltool even at just several feet, it didn't blind me from seeing the details it was focused on yet at far distances and seeing through the trees, it was great too at showing such clarity. It's not a light to going walking through the woods with, a simple LED light is for that, but both those lights are small and lightweight enough to carry along with you for when you want to see farther. Sure, there are brighter LEP lights but it comes down to do you need to see that much farther and do you want that extra weight and size.

Love watching your videos and been watching you now for a couple months and recently a lot more, I really loved the video when you were with the other guy showing a collection and explaining specs, just started getting into the Flashlights and getting a collection rolling but I started with the cheap store bought and got quite a few and I quickly realized that if I spent just a little more I could get much higher quality, you are awesome to watch and thank you!"I found this video because I was trying to find a slimmer lep that is easily carried!,I think I choose the weltool also because you can swap parts.

....Great review!👍......I have these 2 LEP's and quite a few more. With that being said, i like the TK30 more. If you like a clean/white light, the TK30 has the whitest beam of ANY LEP that I've had/seen! Also, i think that EVERY flashlight should have a strobe function like the Fenix, simply because of the purpose of a flashlight and its used at night. The ONE thing that makes the tk30 NOT the ultimate LEP is, that it doesn't have a strike bezel 🥴. I have a few Acebeam W10's (version 1 and 2) with the strike bezel but, only the 2nd version has a strobe function and, NEITHER has multiple power levels.....just 1 (high) 😭

Fenix fan here. I would go with the Weltool. I can never understand lights that have a tail and side switch combo. That knurling on the weltool is nice, and you can swap the tubes. Which tint is better?
I like the Weltool Tint better. It allows for better sight when staring at what the hotspot is pointed at.
