You are absolutely correct about the rents in NYC. I lived there, and still know LOTS of people who live there, and even for Rent Control apartments $200/month is very, very, very LOW.
So if the Renters (Sauce Fam, Pink Eye, Muscles Rudy) are only paying $200/month they have to be doing something else for Dudenoff, too. "What" that something is, could be crucial to solving "a" crime--even a crime that's NOT Sazz' murder.

Great to hear about about the Portugal ties from someone IN Portugal! You do a great job of explaining your thoughts. In all the other seasons, we've met the killer in the first couple episodes, so I too have my side-eye on Bakula. I like the theory of a "rat" being involved because pigs "squeal"; although Glenn's hallucinations could have just been an easter egg for the fact that Ben was poisoned by rat poison.
Thanks!!! I've been thinking about the show's structure a lot. All of the killers are kind of sleeper suspects. The trio never suspects them throughout the season. They are onto other people so I'm thinking that all the current viable suspects are not the killer

Okay hear me out though, is Charles awake yet? Because I feel like he is still asleep on a table in the bar. I know he opened his eyes a little bit but if you watch you can see the piano music doesn't stop that is playing through his dream and continues into the trampoline park. I wonder if they are even really being held at gun point at all.

I’m so into the Scott Bakula theory. Why was he at that party? And the very first line ever spoken between Charles and Oliver is about Bakula and how Oliver mistakes Charles for him. He’s been a reoccurring theme through the whole show.
Someone on another channel also had a great theory about Loretta being the one in the photo with the face scratched out. She does wear her hair in pigtails through season 3. Maybe Paul Rudd’s guest appearance was to make us indirectly think more about season 3.
Ahhh you are the first person I see who also thinks of Bakula as a suspect. I have a whole ass theory behind it as well. I think I touched on it in one of my videos, but I'm just hoping for more clues about this.
I haven't been paying much attention to Loretta because she's not been very present but I was thinking about something today. The person we see shooting Sazz looks like a woman. And she looks like someone who is dressed with a style from the 70s or 80s. This would actually had been where Loretta was auditioning non stop no? But yeah the Loretta connection is still pretty thin to me

Honestly it could be. I feel like he is involved in some way because of the photo on her desk. I know she was going to be his stunt double and all but still. I need to rewatch that scene because what if they put it there so we would discard anyone who didn't look like that? I mean is there anyone on the show who even looks like that? I can only think of Helga, because she was quite tall in that photo and she is from Finland. They are quite thin up there
Bakula and Charles share looks, stunt and girlfriend. There is something there.
@@misseverythingisfine Loretta is also fairly tall when looking at her with the trio. Definitely not as tall as Sazz but maybe Rudy. She also had a weird obsession with accents from her first table read for the play. And when Loretta did the opening monologue from season 3 I got the impression she came from money. Maybe not, but what if Loretta is Dudenoff’s daughter? That would like the Arconia, the trio, the play, and Hollywood together. The only thing I can’t link it to is season 2, but WHAT IF Dudenoff was the guy Charles’ dad beat up to help rose cooper? That would link all seasons together.

Charles mentions that his suit bag is missing and than later you see Lester bring back the suit bag and mentions he is in a gimp mask from a acting job he had. Lester is involved! Also Lester is the one who Lets Charles know there is a whole in the window. Lester wants the trio back in New York.
Oh I didn't even notice that and I hope Lester is not involved because then it has to be a fake death scenario
There is no police presence looking for a killer. Why not? This is why I think a death never happened.
Actually, now that you mention it, the lack of police presence is weird. But the show is still grounded in reality. Would the police really go along with this? I mean can they legally do that? Pretend there has been a murder as part of a film and lie to people about it, especially lie to a man who thinks someone is coming to get him (Charles)? It would be interesting, but can it actually logically happen?

Westies were taking care of the pig. They didn’t want a pig in there own apartment so they are keeping in the vacant apartment
Yeah that could be the case, but why is it even there? To me it's very suspicious that they keep eating ham and then they have a baby hammie in that apartment

Not even with "rent control" which MANY building owners try to get rid of because NYC is the MOST expensive place to live (sigh)💁♀️... so I'm thinking the "Westy besties" are involved in some other scams but more than rent control thing. I think they were involved with Dudnoff but I think Dudnoff is either dead or someone else. Anyway, love your thoughts and can't wait for more

Saz isn’t with Bakula. Bakula said he’s Saz was his stunt double but hasn’t been there to double for him. This is why I believe this all is apart of the movie Bev is making about the trio

It's possible that Sazz wanted to break up with Bakula and his project because she wanted to retire. That's why she wanted to talk to Charles about something sensitive--maybe she wanted advice about how to get out of the Bakula project commitment. And maybe Bev Melon is producing that project too?
You are so funny! Love your theories. Paul Rudd is hysterical in the episode, and I doubt he is a real stuntman. Sazz was trying to get away from crazy Jan, I think. The Bakula theory is interesting, but isn't Sazz gay?
Yeah but I think the bad relationship could work with Bakula the same way it did with Charles, more of a friendship or companionship. It does make more sense that this bad relationship is Jan. I guess I'm always trying to insert Bakula into everything because I know what it was I just had the feeling it was him from his convo with Charles

Glenn Stubbins is Ben Glenroy. Stubbins has hysteria about rats. Ben Glenroy was poisoned with rat poison and maybe he survived the fall, or Stubbins eats the cookie and Glenroy falls in the elevator shaft. Who knows?
Ben is definitely dead. That's why the Producer, & her son Cliff were arrested.
Honestly this would be silly but I would be so down for it. I like the idea that maybe Glenn was the one who ate the cookie and that's why he is afraid of rats. Didn't even think about that. I mean if it was Ben (which it probably isn't), it would make a really good actor

The theory that Ben, after getting poisoned, somehow switched with his stunt double falls apart unless we get an explanation for how the stunt double was able to mimic Ben's voice--and speak without a Scottish accent when he encountered Cliff after the party, and had the fight/got pushed down the elevator shaft.
That said, it would be a GREAT twist.
