The UCL host mentioned that the only reason Astra was able to locate the coordinates to The Kingdom because the humans of the UCL storyline destroyed Narak Tower which was jamming the signals and preventing them from decoding the coordinates.
Since UCL basically plays a part, it's without a doubt considered canon, which means the feat of destroying universes at the beginning of its storyline is canon.
