Not a lot of people know this but this Yeoman Warder is Bill Callaghan. He has been told off by the management of the Tower for his non PC manner.
If you like Bill's style drop him a line at the Tower and let him know.
Guys like him need our support.

Unfortunately lot of pc lib-tards out there, whose feelings have been hurt. The history of British Isles is not covered and wrapped in cotton wool, has unsavoury parts which they should be pleased about, it won't be buried or hasn't in the annals of time 1000yrs in the telling.

Good on! Years ago one of his predecessors took us on the tower tour and showed us where the two young princes buried under steps in the tower . Never hear about that from the Richard III Society . Have always wondered if it were true although I do believe they were eventually buried at Westminster.

No, not a sense of humour failure but shock at the jaw dropping amount of disrespect for a real woman who was brutally killed nearby, on trumped up charges and who who still has descendants.

Love how he talks, and his audiences do too, how informative and fun he makes it. Well done Bill, why don't the pc brigade leave him alone, he is known all over the world for his talks courtesy of his vids here. Super stuff!

there is also a theory that Anne Boleyn could also see and hear everything that went on around her after being decapitated. it's actually quite an interesting theory. you can read about it on Lucid Decapitation

I think she would have more on her mind...

    • @WPUpioneer

You're probably right. I'm not referencing whether she had more on her mind I'm saying she had the ability to possibly have had things on her mind

Mike Hruby I imagine that the brain would continue to function until it ran out of oxygen, so until the blood drained out and the cells stopped respiring...

Those interested in the mores of those times should read Phillippa Gregory’s “The Other Boleyn Girl”. (She will even clue you in to the proper pronounciation of the name, long forgotten .... simply Bullen, phonetically). Henry VIII was no angel or paragon of moral perfection. All of Phillippa’s books are well written and may open your eyes to patterns of culture still in existence today.

Totally agree. he may think he's being funny but i thought the whole monologue was in dreadfully bad taste and quite sad that Anne's death could be referred to in this off hand manner. She wasn't a joke, a cartoon figure or a Hollywood character but a real young woman married to a psychopath who wielded immense power and showed no conscience..
