As a kid, Clueless was actually one of the hardest missions for me. I could NEVER get to the final location in time. Clueless, Slithery Sleuthing, and Alien Auto Topsy 3 were the only missions I could never complete, and yet Never Trust a Snake was never a problem for me.
The first part of the mission is "get in your car" and has no timer so I used to run to the Springfield sign, park the car, run back to Milhouse, and then when the mission starts run back to my car and instantly win

What's funny about this game is that some missions that are really easy for some people are really hard for others. I've seen a lot of playthroughs of this game and I've seen people have a lot of trouble with some of the missions on this list. Likewise, I've also seen some people do missions on your Top 10 hardest missions first try. So it just depends on the person, I guess. Here's my personal list 1. Full Metal Jackass 2. And Baby Makes 8... 3. Detention Deficit Disorder 4. Return of the Nearly Dead 5. Monkey See Monkey D'oh (Yeah, this mission really isn't hard for me) 6. Cell-Outs (Neither is this one. I think they give you plenty of time and the cars basically just drive in a circle making it easy to predict where they'll be) 7. Long Black Probes 8. Rigor Motors 9. Lab Coat Caper (This mission is really easy when you know Frink's path) 10. Clueless
It just depends on the circumstances for Marge Cola mission it was hard at first because you never move often on the ground which is why I found the power plant platforming to be rough early on. I find it easy now but before I had a few problems with the level. When you get used to it and be a bit more patient most of them fall off on difficulty. Its more like the trauma made them easier because of how memorable they are and that you still have what you learn from before as experience. My hard missions were some mentioned here before I replayed the game and realized I was just being reckless and got anxiety from the clock paying more attention to that over other vehicles for me anyway. It was one of the earlier games I played that had time constraints that were sometimes very narrow.
I actually think Kwik Cash is an easy mission. Now, I hear you say: " But the armoured truck is very tough and you have a weak vehicle! How on earth is this easy?!" Well, first off: You can just get the wrenches around the level, and secondly: theres no time limit, so you can take your time to grab wrenches. So yea, Kwik Cash is easy for me.
Bart's final mission in his secondary stage is also one of the easiest. You just go the other way and avoid racing the sedan + avoid the pedestrian filled boardwalk at the pier.
All missions involving the hover car are definitely harder for the PS2 version as it lags like crazy. Mean Lean Speed Thingies they certainly are not. BTW did anyone ever notice how in full metal jackass your car is invincible?
I love that after principal Skinner's car is destroyed you see him standing outside of the wreck but you don't see his mother who was in the car with him. Guess she blew up too. Lolzz
I agree, the final mission of level 6 is the easiest one of that level. Not only for the reason you mention but even racing the Chase Sedan straight up. Homer's car is faster thab the Chase Sedan. The only issue it that Chase Sedan's handling is unrivaled. But that is far from making this a hard mission.
As a Kid I was so dumb on that last mission of Lisa's level that I tried to go up the Ship with the car, rather going manually on foot What about a Top 7 of usefulness of Secret Cars? (So you can include all 7 Secret cars) Altough I'm sure it would be really simple and straightforward You can either consider using or not the Car Cheat code to use them on other levels. But I think it would be easier to only consider the level they are In, and how useful are on said level. Taking on mind all 7 missions, The bonus one, and the street races
It is funny how differently different people perceive the difficulty of some missions. Even just for me, I remember finding 7-2 really hard as a kid (I think I kept crashing the zombie car) but when I replayed the game as a teenager it wasn't much trouble.
“This Little Piggy” is just collect donuts and follow Chief Wiggum. If that took you many attempts to complete, you might’ve been not good at racing games at all, probably. Not making fun of you, tho.
This is one of your weirdest lists. I would have never considered the majority of items on this list to be among the easiest of missions... Especially "This Little Piggy"! _The tunnel of doom_
4:00 I never knew as a kid that you can jump onto the boat and always stunt jumped with a car and was not good at it so I failed a lot there (at least I remember it that way)
Weapons of mass delinquency was a real hard one for me when I first got this game one christmas, I have no memory of homers level, just playing barts level all day cos I was stuck, but im so nostalgic of it, especially the NPC sports car which I drove a lot for some reason
There's a way you can cheat "Weapons of Mass Delinquency", all you have to do is park your vehicle far away from the police station before talking to Ralph. After talking to him and collecting the fireworks, run back to your car and the mission is completed without actually initiating the chase.
Simpsons Hit & Run and ones of the best licensed games ever, the only thing which is as good (or maybe better, hard to tell) is Spongebob Battle For Bikini Bottom
Things I'd like to add: Pocket Protector and, by extension, Alien Autotopsy Part I feels a lot less punishing for dropping the waste since you can literally just restart the mission compared to Part II and Part III. This Little Piggy, the reason Apu is asking Krusty about it is because the clown endorsed Buzz Cola as we saw at the beginning so it makes sense that Apu would ask him about that. On a side note, I *never* got the whole joke behind needing the American costume until this video, classic Simpsons political commentary (I say that in a positive light). Clueless has a fun easy trick where you can walk to the location, get into the car and then technically be there without a time limit.
This Little Piggy does not belong on the easy missions list IMO at all. The timing on collecting those donuts is very tight, you will have to haul it. It's doable but you likely have a wrecked/smoking vechile by the time you collecting last one. By the time you get to the Chase Wiggum section, you sometimes start that second half of the mission at a disadvantage already. As far as chasing Wiggum goes; while I agree that Apu's Longhorn is fast enough to keep up with Wiggum's Police Car, it is still noticeablely slower (not by a lot but enough). So you can't just slow down and get a wrench without planning or knowing when you can. Wiggum is such a crazy and wreckless driver. Being faster any ground Wiggum gains on Apu will be hard to make up unless you catch him crashing or sharp turning. If you are tailgating Wiggum, those stupid random lane changers will also be a factor in this mission I guarantee it. Everytime things go smoothly, one of these idiots shift lanes as I'm passing by, crash into me and slow me down. I don't complain about lane changers much, but I feel like I noticed them mostly specificly during this mission in particular. Luckily this is Highway chase (enough space to stay at max speed) so i wouldn't say it belongs on a top 10 difficult list, but it in no way belongs on a top 10 easiest list. It's a higher end medium difficulty mission.
What’s funny is that I had no problem with Clueless, yet I had quite a bit of problems with This Little Piggy. The collection of the parts was very strict, and I could never finish the first section with under 10 seconds left on the clock, and as for the second part, the police car was way too damn fast, and he would often outdistance me easily. Took me around 15-30 minutes to beat it, yet it also took me around the same time to beat Never Trust a Snake, so idk
What could have made Duff For Me' Duff For You harder were the unused objectives involving chasing segments when you get to the brewery and after u collect the duff beer
No mention of Return of the Nearly Dead? All you have to do in that mission is race Chief Wiggum from the cemetery to the Retirement Castle; With a very short distance and utilizing shortcuts, it's a very short, straightforward mission.
Great list as always Jonny! Those missions can be pretty easy. Even if there is just one little problem with that mission, you can still beat it. The Apu/Mafia one and Full Metal Jackass both have the air of filler to me, they don't really effect the plot, and feel like they're more just there because they had a quota of missions to fill.
Full Metal Jackass is probably meant to be a joke mission, kind of like Clueless. Sort of a "ha ha, Skinner's so pathetic, he has such a weak and slow car" kind of thing.
I personally found Auto Topsy Part 1 easier then Pocket Protector solely for the reason that Frinks car (at least for me) is a bit too slippery and I tent to blow up the waste more XP (that and in Auto Topsy PT 1, you have freedom of choice for your vehicle)
I thought you were gonna put The Cola Caper as the easiest mission of the game. There is no time limit in any task. So I considered that as the easiest one.

Same. I resorted to kicking Milhouse to where the mission ended and started the mission there, so the mission was super easy.
The first part of the mission is "get in your car" and has no timer so I used to run to the Springfield sign, park the car, run back to Milhouse, and then when the mission starts run back to my car and instantly win
