- Check out my conversation with Peter Crone @petercroneofficial, Writer, Speaker, and Thought Leader in human awakening and potential. Today we discuss how the mind influences health and Ayurvedic healing.
Peter’s journey is one of suffering to awakening. He experienced a tremendous amount of loss, trauma, and heartbreak in his early years, which led him on this path to explore how the mind influences our lives. He has worked with everyone from world-class athletes to stay-at-home parents to redesign the subconscious mind.
Peter has been featured in the HEAL documentary @healdocumentary The Goop Podcast @goop, The Broken Brain Podcast, and mindbodygreen @mindbodygreen to name just a few.
Through his work, Peter has explained how we exist within limiting mental constructs that dictate our thoughts, feelings, actions, and the results we experience. Peter helps people and groups step outside of the world as they know it by identifying mental constructs that have been holding them back. His work explores the fundamental issues that affect us all to foster a deeper understanding of our common humanity.
We discuss how healing from what we may call "traumatic" or "painful" requires that we call this an "event". Separate ourselves from the experience and the emotions and we can better understand that we are more than what happened to us.

@@ChefSerenaPoon He referred to the sound quality - there is surely room for improvement there haha, but it dont take this too literally you can still hear what is being said. The interview itself was great! Thank you for delivering the content :) There were a couple of nuances that I haven't heard him going into before so congrats on inspiring Peter with your questions.

From where I was listening in there was a lot of noise at the start that was very hard to listen. So I left it.
However I decided tonight to just skip to the middle and try again & listen on.
In fact there’s A section that was super helpful..
At approximately 40:10 the subject you talk about with the listener asking about what they “ seek” .??
Yourself and Peter go into that question.. that was fantastic .
I played it over and over again. As it resonates immensely with my current circumstances.
I tried to picture myself with current circumstances ,the wall around myself .. I closed my eyes to see this part like a movie 🎥 of the mind .
As what was being said ,to try and find the answers I ‘SEEK’ also.
However I get lost in listening to the words being said ,at the same time trying to see the answer within my minds movie ..
Just after Peter says “ do you get me “
That’s where replay is going on and on. Missing the essential point/ resolve.
I’m very glad I moved past the start and had the patience to carry on..
I do hope your doing well and more on Peter Crone would be fabulous. I’m from Australia 🇦🇺
