How can someone not adore this guy? He's an excellent actor, he's really cute, he's multi-talented ( he knows how to sing, tap-dance and play a bodhran) and he seems friendly.
I love interviews with Colin Morgan. I love being able to rely on the fact that one of the top comments will always say how great he is because of his friendliness, acting, understanding of the character or whatnot, and the other one will always say something like OMG STOP THAT FACE NOW BEFORE IT KILLS ME.
Hearing Colin refer to Aithusa's birth as a favourite scene and his excitement at Merlin taking on a kind of father's role makes me really wish the writers had went in that direction with the baby dragon's story. As it was it made no sense that neither the great dragon nor the last dragonlord were raising the tiny baby dragon they put so much energy into saving and hope into. It also made no sense a magical flying dragon and a powerful witch couldnt get out of that well easily.
That's what I thought. I saw an episode S,2 E10 then Monday night I dreamt he was staying with me (As he was 10 years ago I don't know if was he was Colin or Merlin - probably Colin during a break in filming- location undefined)🙄
Damn he is so adorable! I just finished watching Merlin on Netflix and thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm completely in love with this guy now. I know I'm super late to the party but I'm keeping a sharp eye out for his future projects.
He seems much more relaxed here than in the "group sessions" I've watched earlier. It's a bit easier to hear what he's saying when he talks a little slower and doesn't repeat every word four times in a row ;)
Just look the whole series/seasons to see how Colin Morgan can use his face and posture to express happiness, grief, anger, suprise etc. without saying anything. That's what you like to see in a excellent actor. The Zen he shows when Arthur (Bradley James) is abusing Merlin.
Such a roller costar of emotions for me. First you have the lovely Colin Morgan. So sweet and friendly. I loved how he asked questions in the beginning. Then the rest. Looks like we're in for a heck of a season. This is the first that I heard of Arthur getting a huge betrayal of magic against him, so thanks Colin for that mental prep. ;-; Lol. Too many things to comment on but I'll just say thanks for uploading this!
I love how friendly he is. He really never seems to put himself above anyone else: ) I like the idea of A Mad Merlin around 5:26 because u always see Merlin being happy and secretly saving the day, which I'm not complaining about. But I want to see him OWN the fact that he is this prophetic powerful sorcerer I think it would really give him a bit of a bad ass edge. If he has to go hide in the woods and communicate with nature and mystical creatures to do that then so be it Thank you for posting

How could Merlin not wonder where Aithusa is? Or at least ask the Great Dragon, since Aithusa was entrusted to him? And to think that the white dragon was supposed to be a good omen regarding Albion and all that. Also, it doesn't make sense that a supposedly poweful witch, with a dragon no less, can be captured so easily. I know the series is over, but I think they could have done better.
i love him so much , always professional and he has such a great insight on the characters and show ( compare to bradley/katie , ugh -_-' ) great magical betrayal ? im sure its the Lancelot/Gwen enchantment , when Arthur see them almost kiss
@dipsyhappy from what everyone has been saying i think they will the 'darker' bit is that they wont really have comedy episodes or light hearted ones rather just have light hearted sceans in all of the eppisodes through out the series.
I think it's when he trusts a sorcerer to heal his father and his father ends up dead. Arthur doesn't know Gwen's betrayal with shadeLancelot had anything to do with magic.
