On daily basis people ask me such kind of questions. Despite publishing so many videos on Vastu Shastra, people still have this doubt that if they are already living in an existing apartment, or a floor, that how can they rectify the Vastu dosh! So, in this video I will tell you that no matter where you live, in whichever floor or apartment, and if there is any Vastu dosh in your house which is effecting your daily life, whether affecting your finances, your health, or your relationship, how you can rectify those issues and see its positive effects.
1:11 At the time of finalization of any apartment, during the selection process, always approach a consultant, because precaution is always better than cure. There is high probability that the Vastu consultant might stop you from taking the cancerous properties, which are considered as Sick Buildings according to Vastu Shastra.
1:48 Let's assume you did not know anything about Vastu Shastra during the selection stage. Or liked the property because of any reason such as the location, good price, and you take that property. Ok! No issues! Now that you are already living there, and now that you are aware that there are some Vastu dosh in your house, such as facing financial issues due to the toilet in the NorthEast direction. That you are unable to conceive a baby because of the bedroom in the SouthEast. Generally, most people (having knowledge of Vastu) are aware of such problems. But, now how to rectify those Vastu dosh is very important.
2:20 First & foremost, one should check the shape of the house/flat. It is very rare that apartments/flat are having a perfect rectangular or square shape. A cut is generally found any mostly all the apartments. If there is a cut in any direction of your flat, then please do identify the same. Identify the direction of the cut and based on the direction one should apply its Vastu remedies.
2:49 Secondly! Even in human body when we fall sick we take medicine for the illness. When suffering from smaller issues like cold & cough, one can self medicate. But, in-case of a chronic health disease one has to visit the specialist of that illness. Even in Vastu Shastra we have different levels of Vastu doshas. For some of the Vastu dosh even we try to provide you remedies in our Vastu videos, which you can apply by following few steps, and improve the energies of the place i.e. reduce the Vastu dosh. But if there is a grade-4 (major) Vastu dosh, then you must contact a Vastu expert and not try self medication. But remember the way we cure ourselves by taking medicine for our illnesses, similarly, the Vastu dosh of your house/apartment can be reduced or fixed by taking remedies. So, if you have any apprehension of such kind that how Vastu can be applied to you existing place, then please ignore this thought because there is a solution to every problem. Always remember, problems always come with a solution! One should not fear problems.
4:11 People generally have an apprehension the consultant might suggest some structural changes, but that's not totally true. Vastu Shastra is a balancing science. If there is a critical Vastu dosh, then surely a point of concern. But one should always treat Vastu as a balancing science. In-case of any problem we try balance it. We try to balance the five elements. We try to balance with colors. We balance by placement changes. We balance energies by some objects in the room. The solutions of most of the problems are usually found within the premises but are unable to recognize them because we have a mental blockage that there cannot be any remedy, or if I call any Vastu consultant he/she might ask me to make many structural changes. Though, it is not true!
5:07 Vastu remedies can be applied by following some easy steps, and can attain Pease, Progress & Prosperity in your life. First identify the Vastu dosh in your house, then try to rectify those problems.
